云端温暖相伴 家校联动顺畅｜一封来自成都市长公开电话办理的家长感谢信 A Letter of Thanks

      云中遥寄锦书来，溢于言表，情满校园。2022年9月28日，我校接到来自成都市长公开电话办理的家长感谢信，信中提到：“我是医务人员，属于密接，在酒店集中隔离，孩子一直居家隔离，孩子是都江堰市灌州小学校5年级5班的学生，来电感谢孩子的班主任、英语老师和数学老师们，在孩子隔离期间，对孩子提供了很大的帮助和关心”。

      On September 28, 2022, our school received a letter of thanks from the Chengdu Mayor’s Office. It was mentioned in the letter: "I am a close contact and quarantined in the hotel. My child has been quarantined at home all the time. She is a student in Class 5, Grade 5 of Dujiangyan Guanzhou Primary School. I called to thank my child's head teacher, English teacher and Math teacher. They provided great help and care to my child during the period of quarantined".

      信纸背后的故事要从9月20日都江堰市线下复课第二天说起。林业医院出现疫情后，我们学校有的家长孩子被隔离，对于刚复课一天的孩子家长们来说担忧再起。我校在校长办的指示下，根据《灌州小学线上线下混合式教学方案》要求，行政管理中心即刻摸排不能返校的孩子，将人员班级等信息转给学校信息中心，信息中心的老师们在教室里架起了直播设备。课程中心进行上课教师的课程指导与管理，指导老师如何在教室里既面对在班上的孩子，又与在家隔离学习的孩子互动。同时，学生发展中心等部门从心理指导方面做出了关怀。涉及到的18个孩子及家庭，在第二天和我们在校班级同学达到了学习同步，教室里的孩子与镜头前的孩子们笑脸同步，学校里的桂花香似乎也从教室里讲台前那跟直立的摄像头传递到居家学习的孩子心里……

      On September 20, the second day after the school reopened in Dujiangyan, an epidemic occurred in a hospital, and some parents and children in our school were quarantined. Under the instruction of the principal's office, the staff of the administration center immediately counted the children who could not return to school. Teachers in the information center set up live broadcast equipment in relevant classrooms.The next day, 18 children quarantined at home and their classmates achieved synchronous learning.

      这封感谢信里的提到的就是当时18位孩子中的一位，昨天和其他孩子一样隔离期满已经回到自己的班级。再次坐进教室里的她说道：“熟悉和陌生的感觉都有，可熟悉的感觉更浓一些，因为这些天我和大家是同步学习的，就感觉自己在教室中，镜头和声音很清晰……”

      The child mentioned in the letter of thanks returned to his class with other quarantined children yesterday.

      疫情防控常态化给我们学校教育教学工作提出了新的挑战，转变观念，创设真实而富有意义的学习场景，从传统的行政学习空间，拓展延伸到虚实时空融合的学习中心，这就要构建线上线下的混合式学习方式。“雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越”，灌州小学正迈步前行！
