我校姚礼老师参加全市数学赛课活动

Math Contest Activities

      为了积极响应成都市教科院、都江堰市中小学教育研究室以赛促研，以赛促教，推动全市小学数学课堂教学改革与实践，落实义务教育段《数学课程标准（2022年版））》新理念，锻炼和培养教师队伍相关工作的安排。9月27日，我校姚礼老师代表学校参加城关区片赛课，成功出线后9月29日参加全市数学赛课活动。

      On September 27, Yao Li of our school participated in the regional film competition class and achieved excellent results. On September 29, she participated in the municipal mathematics competition.

      姚老师设计的《长方形周长》这一课通过探究活动发现求周长的本质联系，建立知识结构化，用模型解决问题，拓展了学生思维。

      The lesson "Rectangular Perimeter" designed by Mrs Yao found the essential connection of seeking perimeter through inquiry activities, established knowledge structure, solved problems with models, and expanded students' thinking.

      两次赛课活动中，姚礼充分体现“以学生为主体”的教育理念，循循善诱，设计课堂紧紧围绕聚焦数学核心素养，研行大单元教学，发展学生结构化能力展开。

      In the two class competitions, Yao Li fully embodied the educational concept of "students as the main body" and guided them step by step. He designed the classroom closely around focusing on the core quality of mathematics, researching and implementing large unit teaching, and developing students' structural ability.

      当然，在准备过程中，不仅仅是参赛教师在行动，经验丰富的老教师们也给予姚老师悉心指导，和姚老师一起经历一次又一次的试讲、评课、修改教学设计，为赛课做好充分的准备。本次赛课活动，不仅是姚老师的个人展示，也是灌州小学教师团队的付出。

      Of course, in the process of preparation, it is not only the participating teachers who are taking action, but also the experienced old teachers who give careful guidance to Mrs Yao. They experience trial teaching, evaluation and modification of teaching design again and again with Mrs Yao, so as to make full preparations for the competition. This contest is not only a personal demonstration of Mrs Yao, but also a contribution of the teachers' team in Guanzhou Primary School.

      今后我校也将继续着力于课堂实践研究，重视和发挥团队作用，抱团作战，共同成长，为教师的专业成长铺路搭桥，促使我校的课堂教学质量不断提高。

      In the future, our school will also continue to focus on classroom practice research, attach importance to and play a team role, work together and grow together, pave the way for teachers' professional growth, and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of classroom teaching in our school.
