      In order to improve the professional quality of teachers, Cui Yong, the editorial director and editor in chief of the Education Science Forum, visited our school and gave a special lecture on Self renewal and Progress to our teachers.

      教师需要转变思维，新时期教育人的新格局，要有新认识和新理念，新定位和新作为，而如何找到并建立自己的定位，需要教师更多的学习和思考。

      Teachers need to change their thinking, new positioning and new actions, and how to find and establish their own positioning requires teachers to learn and think more.
