灌州小学2028届线上摇号分班活动纪实 Record of New Students’ Random Activity

      公开、公平、公正，是我国教育发展的方向。灌州小学校坚定不移地拥护国家教育方针，坚持发展均衡教育。由于居家政策原因，2022年9月4日15：00，我校通过线上直播举行2028届新生摇号分班活动。

      Guanzhou primary school firmly supports the national education policy and adheres to the development of balanced education. Due to the home policy, at 15:00 on September 4, 2022, our school held the lottery of 2028 freshmen through online live broadcasting.

      摇号活动开始，主持人首先邀请校级家委会代表岳桦以及学校法律顾问姚廷强作为监督员上台就座，公证电脑未联网，无任何额外硬件、软件，回收站内也无任何文件。随后操作员公示学生名单，确认名单的真实性和有效性。家委会代表公示打印纸，确认未提前开封，且完全空白。

      The host first invited Yue Hua, the representative of the school level family Committee, and Yao Tingqiang, the legal adviser of the school, to sit on the stage as supervisors. Then the operator publicizes the student list to confirm the authenticity and effectiveness of the list. The members of the family Committee publicized the printed paper and confirmed that it was not opened in advance and completely blank.

      验证完成后，主持人说明名单标记，包含是否住校、是否是教师子女、总人数以及性别。这些标记用于平衡各班学生比例。随后肖文老师将名单导入分班系统，再次确认名单未作改动，随即由家委会代表点击确认按钮。三分钟后，全部学生分配完成，肖文老师对比前后数据以确认名单依旧未做任何改动，随后根据分班情况打印学生名单三份，并由监督员签字公示。

      After the verification is completed, the host explains the list mark. Then Mr. Xiao Wen imported the list into the class classification system, reconfirmed that the list had not been changed, and then the representative of the family Committee clicked the confirm button.Three minutes later, all the students were assigned, and Mr. Xiao Wen compared the data before and after to confirm that the list was still unchanged. Then, three copies of the student list were printed according to the class classification, and the supervisor signed and publicized it.

      学生摇号分班仪式结束后，班主任摇号分班开始。家长代表检查抽签箱无任何夹层、机关或提前放入任何道具，并公开开封全新的乒乓球，确认无任何记号后，给乒乓球编上1-6号。

      After the students' lottery and class division ceremony, the head teacher starts to lottery and class division. Parents' representatives check the lottery box, open the brand-new table tennis publicly, and assign numbers 1-6 to the table tennis.

      家长代表确认编号，把乒乓球放入抽签箱并摇匀，随后请班主任依次抽签，当场公布所执教班级。

      The parent representative confirms the number, puts the table tennis ball into the lottery box and shakes it well, then asks the head teacher to draw lots in turn, and announces the class he teaches on the spot.

      响应国家政策，推动教育公平，灌州小学校坚持摇号分班已有7年。学校严格遵循“公平、公正、公开”的原则，为每一位孩子创造公平的教育环境。
