灌小人的暑期强基自培记 Strengthening Fundamentals Self-Training Record

      2022年课程标准的修订，植根于朴素而生动的课堂追求，更加重视创设真实而富有意义的学习情境；更加重视综合运用知识解决实践问题的能力。在即将到来的 2022 年秋季学期实施的新版义务教育课程方案和课程标准，我们教学方法会带来哪些新变化？如何进行有效的学业评价？如何开展学科实践？如何提高任务群的学习效能？如何做好跨学科探究呢？……

      一、夏至到，木槿荣，计划始

      与夏至共同来临的还有国家义务教育课程方案及课程标准的修订，到了夏至节，锄头不能歇。深耕教育的我们制定了暑期两个月的教师培训计划，从培训内容及形式，检测方式及责任部门均做了详细安排，并在散学典礼全体教师会上统一部署。

      二、小暑不足畏，深居作业忙。

      新课标提倡“素养导向”下的作业设计，这更明确了我校践行的“课程视域”下的作业观实施路径。于是，根据暑期学校教师培训计划安排，7月份我们开展了为期15天的校本作业设计活动，各学科大组聚集在一起，对一学期以来的教学实践进行梳理并对原来的习题进行选编、改编和创编。汗水和灵感共生，每每大家有原创情境题的灵感时，真是夏至一场雨，一滴值千金！这一过程是对新课标学业质量要求最好的实践与内化。

      三、大暑不知夏，读书使犹然。

      与此同时，我们还鼓励老师们在家阅读其他各类书籍小说，影视欣赏等，便于自己授业解惑，关心时事，尊重和理解文化的多样，出具国际视野和人类命运共同体意识，这也是新课标对师生的要求。如，余华《活着》，梁晓声《人世间》，电视连续剧《青山不墨》和电影《无问西东》等。很多老师结合自己的教育实际写出了读后感，发在群中共享。

      四、立秋温度高，果子着色好。

      The temperature is still very high after the beginning of autumn. The teachers are also very enthusiastic about learning. At the beginning of July we participated in the primary school language and mathematics seminar. On August 13, 22 teachers from our school participated in a 6-day situational training. They won outstanding results in the "Teacher Skills Competition" in this event.
