践行“共生”理念,构建语文新课堂 Chinese Symbiotic Class

      为进一步落实“双减”政策的具体要求,深入推进我校2022强基计划工作,全面提升教育教学质量,促进教师教学技能的进一步提升,从今年3月起,我校语文组进行了全员“晒课”活动。来自六个年级的语文老师各展其能,呈现出一节节精彩的课堂,不断为本次活动增添了一抹抹亮彩。而本次语文组全员“晒课”活动中最值得关注的是,本次语文课堂的样态进行了全面升级!共生课堂成为了我校语文教学上一道全新的风景线。

      In order to further implement the specific requirements of the "double reduction" policy, further promote the 2022 Strong foundation plan of our school, comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote the further improvement of teachers' teaching skills, the Chinese group of our school has carried out the activity of "showing lessons" for all members since March this year. The Chinese teachers from the six grades showed their abilities and presented wonderful classes one by one, constantly adding a bright color to this activity. The most noteworthy thing in this activity is that the Chinese classroom has been upgraded in a comprehensive way! Symbiotic classroom has become a new landscape in Chinese teaching in our school.

创设情境孕育共生Creat situation

      老师们的课堂中,都将孩子们所要学习的内容置于真实的情境当中,为孩子们创设一个贴近生活的任务,让孩子们明白,所谓“学以致用”,上课的目的是为了解决生活中的实际问题。只有当孩子们真正置身于真实情景,在情境中进行任务,方觉文字之鲜活,课堂之有趣。这样,他们的眼睛才亮、脑子才灵、心灵才明、智慧火花才能迸发。师、生、情境之间才会高度融合,在课堂里实现共生共长。

生讲生学实现共生Students speak and learn by themselves

      课堂中,每一位老师都尊重孩子们的学习主体作用,相信孩子们,让他们敢想敢说,形成一种活泼融洽、民主和谐的教学氛围。他们在课堂上获得充分交流的权利,正因为如此,孩子们在互动中激活思维,在师生互动中转换角色,在群体活动中深入探究大胆质疑,课堂上的他们妙语连珠、滔滔不绝,这气质,俨然一位位“小老师”!

质疑探究迸发共生Question and inquiry

      读书、思考、质疑、批注笔记,对于课文中的每一个疑问,孩子们都全神贯注,一丝不苟,相互讨论,各抒己见。正是这些课堂行为才能让学生知识更扎实、更可迁移运用。如此日积月累、持之以恒,方可提升语文素养。古人云:“尽信书不如无书”,在教学中,尤其是语文课堂里,老师更要鼓励学生对同一问题提出不同看法,并指导学生进行对比、辨别、反思,促使学生对阅读进行深层次的思考,不断提高学生的阅读能力。

These classroom behaviors that make students' knowledge more solid and transferable. So accumulate over a long period of time, persevere, can improve Chinese literacy. In teaching, especially in Chinese class, teachers should encourage students to put forward different views on the same problem and guide students to compare, distinguish and reflect, so as to urge students to think deeply about reading and constantly improve their reading ability.


      本次全员“晒课”活动,是我校落实“双减”政策、全面实行学校强基计划的未来方向,“共生效应”在本次课堂中随处可见,教学中,我们还把作业融入备课,其目的就是实现评价(问题)为导向,让老师设计并关注学生的学习活动,促使我们灌小的课堂教与学的方式悄然变化。在新课程标准全面铺开的今天,活泼的课堂氛围,老师和同学、同学和同学有效互动共生,师生形成真正的“学习共同体”,将是我校未来课堂的新特色!
