践行“共生”理念，构建数学新课堂 Maths Symbiotic Class

      为进一步落实“双减”政策，推进“共生”课堂教学改革，提高教师专业化水平，2022年5月，我校胡涛副校长带领全体数学教师开展了全员上课展示活动。

      In order to further implement the "double reduction" policy, promote the teaching reform of "Symbiotic Class", and improve the professional level of teachers, in May 2022, the vice president of our school, Hu Tao, led all mathematics teachers to carry out a full class demonstration activity.

      为展示最佳水平，老师们积极选课，认真备课，精心设计，主动参与集体磨课。

      在胡涛校长的组织下，老师围绕教学设计、课堂组织、学生活动、渗透学科核心素养发展以及教学效果等方面进行了评课活动，老师们畅所欲言，发表见解，精彩互评。

      此次活动，既是教师工作的常态管理，也是对学校课堂教学检阅，为所有教师创造了互动互学、交流研讨的机会。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。都江堰灌州小学校全体数学教师将在“双减”政策的指引下，继续前行，将“共生”课堂落在实处。
