践行“共生”理念,构建综合学科新课堂 Symbiotic Class

      教育家雅斯贝尔斯说:“好的教育,就是一棵树撼动另一棵树,一朵云推动另一朵云,一个灵魂唤醒另一个灵魂。”老师做的就是用一颗善良的心用专业的能力将其唤醒。

      Educator Jaspers said, "Good education is one tree shaking another tree, one cloud pushing another cloud, one soul awakening another soul." What the teacher did was to awaken it with a kind heart and professional ability.

      本学期综合学科教研团队积极聚焦课堂教学,展开共生课堂专题教研活动,通过课例研究探索出音乐、美术、体育、科学、信息技术及心理健康等学科共生课堂教学的有效策略。

      This semester, the Integrated Subjects Group actively focused on classroom teaching and carried out symbiotic classroom thematic teaching and research activities. The effective strategies of symbiotic classroom teaching of music, art, physical education, science, information technology and mental health are explored through case study.

      在共生课堂教学中,教师把课堂还给学生。从学生期望“学会什么”出发,设计并展示“学生何以学会”的过程。学生在老师的引导和启发下通过课堂能够会学习、会表达、会合作、会评价,自主积累学习经验建构相关知识结构。我们把作业融入备课,其目的就是实现评价(问题)为导向,倒逼老师设计并关注学生的学习活动,促使我们灌小的课堂教与学的方式悄然变化着。

      In symbiotic classroom teaching, the teacher gives the classroom back to the students. Design and demonstrate the process of how students learn from what they expect to learn. Under the guidance and inspiration of teachers, students can learn, express, cooperate and evaluate in class, and independently accumulate learning experience and construct relevant knowledge structure. We integrate homework into lesson preparation, its purpose is to realize evaluation (question) oriented, forcing teachers to design and pay attention to students' learning activities, prompting us to fill the classroom teaching and learning quietly change.


      在美术课上,我们通过小组讨论合作,创作出属于我们的作品。In art class, we work together through group discussion to create our own works.


      你跑、我跳,我们在运动中学会表达与合作。You run, I jump, we learn expression and cooperation in sports.


      你认识它吗?我知道……我会说……我会做……Do you recognize it? I know... I can say... I can do...


      我们是会唱会演的灌小娃We can sing and act.


      共生课堂作为一种新型教学理念,以学生发展为核心的新型师生关系,使老师的课堂主导作用转变为组织、引导和辅助作用,而学生则真正成为课堂的主人,在追寻共生课堂的道路上,综合组教研团队既关注群体的发展,也注重个体的需求。打造多元、互动、生长的课堂运行体系,实现师生的共同成长。

      Symbiotic classroom teaching as a new teaching idea, students' development as the core of the new relationship between teachers and students, make the teacher's leading role into classroom organization, guidance and the auxiliary role, while the students really become the master of the classroom, on the way of pursuing symbiotic classroom, maintaining the research team is the development of the focus groups, and pay attention to individual needs. To create a diversified, interactive and growing classroom operation system, to achieve the common growth of teachers and students.
