都江堰市灌州小学校2022年5·25心理健康节活动 Mental Health Festival Activities

      良好的心理素质是人的全面素质中的重要组成部分，开展心理健康教育，既是学生健康成长的需要，也是推进素质教育的必然要求。本着以学生发展为前提，营造校园的心理教育氛围，扩大心理健康教育的影响，打开学校心理健康教育的新局面。围绕“525我爱我”全国心理健康日，我校心理中心于2022年5月25日组织开展了“感恩当下，期待未来”的主题活动。

      Good psychological quality is an important part of people's overall quality. Carrying out mental health education is not only the need of students' healthy growth, but also the inevitable requirement of promoting quality education. Based on the premise of student development, create a psychological education atmosphere on campus, expand the impact of mental health education, and open a new situation of school mental health education.Around the national mental health day of "525 I love me", the psychological center of our school organized and carried out the theme activity of "being grateful for the present and looking forward to the future" on May 25th, 2022.

      一、动员大会Mobilization Meeting

v为保障系列活动的顺利进行，学生发展与指导中心的叶体平主任给孩子们表明了此次活动的重要性和意义。

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the series of activities, director Ye Tiping of the student development and guidance center showed the importance and significance of this activity to the children.

      心理教师白柯也在5月20日利用国旗下讲话给全校师生普及了525的含义并宣传了此次活动。

      Bai Ke, a psychology teacher, also popularized the meaning of 525 to all teachers and students and publicized the activity on May 20th.

      二、志愿者成立及培训

      Volunteer Establishment and Training

      活动的展开离不开我们可爱的志愿者们的积极参与和辛勤付出，每一个活动都有他们认真忙碌的身影。

      三、心理健康知识普及

      Popularization of Mental Health Knowledge

      小学阶段的学生是最为对世界充满求知欲，心理老师通过精心选择的心理健康知识帮助学生了解“心理学”这一神秘的学科。

      Primary school students are the most curious about the world. Psychological teachers help students understand the mysterious subject of "psychology" through carefully selected mental health knowledge.

      四、成长祝愿卡

      Growth Wish Card

      为连通年级之间、班级内外同学的友情，旨在营造校园互相关爱，共为一家的幸福氛围。一至五年级学生现场写下对六年级学长学姐的毕业祝福。

      In order to connect the friendship between grades and students inside and outside the class, it aims to create a happy atmosphere of mutual love and family on campus. Students from Grade one to Grade five wrote down their graduation wishes to the seniors and sisters of grade six.

      五、充满生命力的绿丝带

      Green Ribbon Full of Vitality

      绿色代表健康，使人对健康的人生与生命的活力充满无限希望。绿丝带寓意爱心，绑上绿丝带代表着积极向上的生活态度，呼吁大家关注心理健康。

      Green represents health, which makes people full of infinite hope for a healthy life and vitality of life. The green ribbon implies love. Tying the green ribbon represents a positive attitude towards life and calls on everyone to pay attention to mental health. 

      六、微笑展览馆

      Smile Exhibition Hall

      微笑展板上的一张张甜美灿烂的笑容，相信此时看到的你也会忍不住和他们一起嘴角上扬。

      There are many sweet and bright smiles on the smile panel. I believe you can't help but rise with them when you see them at this time.

      七、爱的抱抱Love Hug有时候，你需要的只是一个拥抱~我们的志愿者穿上水滴宝宝的衣服给大家送去诚挚的拥抱，希望能给你带来温暖~

      Sometimes, all you need is a hug ~ our volunteers put on waterdrop baby's clothes to give you a sincere hug, hoping to bring you warmth. 

      过去已经过去，未来即将到来，现在正在脚下。幸福是对未来有所期待，愿灌州小学的老师和同学们时刻保持感恩之心，对世界好奇，对未来充满期待！

      The past has passed, the future is coming, and now we are at our feet. Happiness is looking forward to the future. May the teachers and students of Guanzhou Primary School always be grateful, curious about the world and look forward to the future!
