
为进一步加强体育与健康课程改革,推进课程校本化实施;全面落实学、练、赛、评教学一体化要求,努力促进体育教师队伍专业素养提升。5月20日上午,主题为:“教师教学技能与教学策略”的中小学体育教研活动在光明团结小学举行;城关区片体育教研组长、我校教育教学质量监控中心干事邓兰老师受邀参加并做专题培训。
On May 20th, sports teaching and research activities in primary and secondary schools was held in Guangming Unity Primary School. And Deng Lan of our school was invited to participate in and do special training.

应疫情防控要求,本次活动采用线上+线下混合式教研的形式进行。在中小学教育研究室体育教研员赵军老师解读本次活动的意义后开启了活动议程;
This activity was conducted in the form of on-line and off-line. First, Zhao Jun interpreted the significance of this activity.

活动一:由团小李千老师带来《小篮球--运球与游戏》的现场课展示;Acitivity one: Li Qian from Guangming Unity Primary School brought a class demonstration.

活动二:观摩课结束后各校老师积极进行评课、议课活动;我校邓兰、王娅、吴明刚三位老师根据自己的教学经验做点评和教学建议。

活动三:邓兰老师做《体育教师专业成长——上课之道》的专题分享。给现场的体育教师代表们以及线上参会学习的老师们构建了宏观和微观下的《体育与健康》课程观和课堂观;让老师们进一步明确了在2022新课标试行背景下,如何有效实施不同内容、不同课型下的40分钟课堂教学策略。为一线体育教师“潜心开展教材研究,精心组织课堂教学,静心进行教学反思”做了精彩的、接地气的、专业的、务实的教学分享,给线上、现场听课的老师提供了有力的教学指导和帮助。
Activity three: Deng Lan from our school did a special sharing. It constructed the macroscopic and the microscopic curriculum view and the classroom view for the PE teachers. And teachers further clarified how to effectively implement the 40-minute classroom teaching strategy under different contents and different types of classes under the background of the trial implementation of the 2022 new curriculum standard.
  
最后教研室体育教研员赵军老师用专业的、长远的发展眼光对全市体育老师提出了新的目标和希望。相信此次活动后,全市体育教师对教育教学有了更加深刻的认识,大家必将乘风破浪,砥砺奋进,提升自己,发展学校,造福学生。
Finally, Zhao Jun put forward new goals and hopes for the city's PE teachers. Through this activity, the PE teachers have a deeper understanding of education and teaching, and we will improve ourselves, develop schools, and benefit students.
