我校召开家校社联席会议 Joint Meeting of Homeschool and Society

      家校社协同育人是现代教育中的一个重要组成部分，为了打造以学校教育为中心、家庭教育为基础、社会教育为延伸与补充的三位一体协同育人模式。5月13日我校召开家校社联席会议，学校督学肖明清、法治副校长王瑶、消防副校长罗焕林、家委会主任敬波涛以及学校全体行政和教师代表参加了此次会议。

      Homeschool and social education is an important part of modern education, in order to create a trinity collaborative education model with school education as the center, homd education as the basis, and social education as the extension and supplement. On May 13th, our school held a joint meeting of home school and society. The school superintendent Xiao Mingqing, the vice principal of the rule of law Wang Yao, the fire department. Luo Huanlin, the director of the family committee Jing Botao, and all the school administration and teachers representatives attended the meeting.

01、同心同向

      学校通过视频短片介绍了近期教育教学工作情况以及学生的学习生活情况。学校马长俊校长对参加会议的来宾表示热烈的欢迎，希望通过此次会议促进家庭、学校、社会资源共享和优势互补，提高教育水平，拓宽育人渠道，促进孩子们健康幸福成长。随后，学校按照常态行政会议程开始会议。

      Through video clips, that introduced the recent education and teaching work and students' study and life Mr. Ma Changjun, principal of the school, extended a warm welcome to the guests who attended the meeting. He hoped that the meeting could promote the sharing of family, school and society resources and complementary advantages, improve education level, broaden education channels, and promote the healthy and happy growth of children. Then, all the administrative staff began the administrative meeting according to the normal meeting agenda.

02、认真落实

      学校党支部组织委员李书同志组织大家进行本次会议的党建学习，通过《关于建立中小学校党组织领导的校长负责制的意见（实行）》文件的学习，明确学校加强党对教育工作的全面领导才是办好学校教育的根本保证。

      School party branch organization member Li Shu comrade organized everyone to carry on the party construction study of this meeting, through the "on the establishment of primary and secondary school party leadership of the principal responsibility system of opinions (implementation)" document study, clear school to strengthen the party's overall leadership of education is the fundamental guarantee of good school education.

03、齐心协力

      学校各部门根据工作安排汇报了即将开展的学校重点工作以及需要协调的相关工作，马长俊校长在各部门工作汇报后做相关工作的提醒和要求，同时也总结了近期学校基于“五育并举”的大数据云平台校园评价情况。

      According to the work arrangement, all departments of the school reported the upcoming key work of the school and the related work that needs to be coordinated. Principal Ma Changjun gave the reminder and requirements of the relevant work after the work report of all departments. Meanwhile, he also summarized the campus evaluation situation based on the big data cloud platform of "Education in Five Aspects”.

04、同行同育

      参加此次会议的教师代表在发言中表示，学校工作安排有温度、有计划、有落实，作为学校大家庭中的一员我们会用“成长”来促进学校的发展。

      Teacher representatives attending the meeting said in their speech that the school work arrangement is reasonable, planned and implemented. As a member of the school family, we will use "growth" to promote the development of the school.

05、深度推进

      通过参加学校家校社联席会议，学校督学肖明清认为学校各部门工作思路清晰，安排部署有落实，结合学校综合评估、“双减”和五项管理工作，在民办学校的关键时期，通过家校社的联系办好高品质学校。

      Through attending the meeting, the school superintendent Xiao Mingqing thought that the school departments had clear working ideas, and the arrangement and deployment had been implemented. Combined with the school comprehensive evaluation, "double reduction" and the five management work, the private school in the critical period, through the contact between the home school and the society to run high-quality schools.

06、明确定位

      学校法治副校长王瑶在会议讲话中表示，通过此次会议看到了学校管理的规范化、科学化，学校发展定位清晰，学校行政团队责任心强，教师团队用爱心关护每一名学生。

      Wang Yao, vice principal of the rule of law , said in speech at the meeting that through this meeting, we saw the standardization and scientific management of the school, the school development positioning is clear, the school administrative team has a strong sense of responsibility, and the teacher team care for every student with love.

07、保驾护航

      学校消防副校长罗焕林认为学校发展目标明确，团队协作能力强，作为消防副校长将为学校的消防安全保驾护航。

      Luo Huanlin, the vice principal of the school's fire department, believes that the school has a clear development goal and strong teamwork ability. As the vice principal of the school's fire department, he will escort the school's fire safety.

08、共同努力

      最后学校家委会敬波涛主任在讲话中表示将继续加强家委会与学校的沟通，全力支持学校的工作。

      In the end, Jing Botao, director of the parents' Committee, said in speech that he would continue to strengthen the communication between the parents' Committee and the school and give full support to the work of the school.

      教育是家庭的一个重要职能，家庭是孩子成长的第一所学校，孩子的成长离不开家长的默默支持和辛勤付出，也离不开社会的关心和帮助，学校将继续与大家携手并肩形成教育合力，让孩子健康快乐成长。
