我校召开“强基计划”生活老师培训会 A Training Meeting for Life Teachers

      2022年4月28日9:00，我校召开了第一场“强基计划”生活老师培训会，学校名师李坤老师作为培训专家，给全校47位生活老师作了题为《住进心里》的专题讲座。

      At 9:00 on April 28th, 2022, our school held the first "Strengthening Foundation Plan" training meeting for life teachers. Li Kun, as a training expert, gave a special lecture entitled "Live in your heart" to 47 life teachers of our school.

      会上，李坤老师从育德树人的专业角度和其班主任工作实际经验出发，针对生活老师们在教育过程中产生的疑惑和困难，输出了许多“干货”。“好妈妈”从“心”出发，作为孩子们学校里的妈妈，生活老师们认真汲取李坤老师的专业知识和经验，帮助自己更好地为学生健康成长赋能。

      At the meeting, Li Kun, from the professional perspective of moral education and the practical experience of his head teacher's work, output a lot of meaningful learning materials for the doubts and difficulties of life teachers in the education process. "Good mother" starts from "heart". As the mothers of the children in the school, they draw on the professional knowledge and experience of Mr Li Kun to help themselves better empower the healthy growth of students.

      会后，于燕主任再次就本次学习内容和工作提醒，与生活老师们进行了专题交流，希望老师们跟上形势，转化观念，把此次学习收获内化于心，外化于行。

      After the meeting, Director Yu Yan emphasized again on the learning content and work , and carried out a special exchange with them, hope teachers keep up with the situation, change ideas, the learning harvest internalized in the heart, externalized in practice.

      凝心聚力强内功，品质服务育栋梁。学校将继续搭建学习平台，不断完善生活老师的培训，促使生活老师队伍的育人水平、服务水平不断提升，为学生的成长发展助力。

      生活部是学生的“第一社会，第二家庭，第三课堂”，是培育学生思想品德和良好行为习惯的沃土，亦是保障学校教育教学工作的后方阵地，更是孩子们温暖的家。
