班主任专业化成长，为″双减′赋能The Professional Growth of Head Teachers

      为贯彻立德树人为根本任务，坚持五育并举，有效落实“双减”，促进学生全面发展，4月20日，学校开展了“班主任专业化成长，为‘双减’赋能”的主题培训。本次培训邀请了都江堰市中小学教育研究室德育室马德庆主任为我校全体班主任老师进行专题讲座。

      In order to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation, adhere to the five education simultaneously, effectively implement the "double reduction" and promote the all-round development of students, on April 20th, the school launched the theme training of "Professional growth of head teachers, enabling the" Double Reduction ". Ma Deqing, director of Moral Education Office of Dujiangyan Primary and Secondary School Education Research Office, was invited to give a special lecture to all the homeroom teachers in our school.

      马主任从新时代班主任的担当、班主任的顶层设计能力、班主任的教育引导能力、班主任的德育研究能力、班主任的沟通协调能力、班主任的应急处理能力等多方面进行了生动讲解和具体阐述。
