灌小动态丨我校召开教研组长会议 Teaching and Research Group Leader Meeting

      为进一步推进我校教研工作深入发展，明确教育教学目标，规范教师工作流程，推进信息化技术应用，我校于2022年4月15日开展教研组长会议。

      In order to further promote the in-depth development of teaching and research work in our school, clarify the objectives of education and teaching, standardize the work flow of teachers, and promote the application of information technology, our school held a meeting of teaching and research team leaders on April 15, 2022.

      会议上，李坤主任就开学以来，我校开展的教育教学质量进行评价，充分肯定教师改革思想，变更理念，改善课堂，优化作业等方面的努力，同时也指出了部分改革不彻底，改进未落实的情况。

      Director Li Kun evaluated the quality of education and teaching, fully affirmed the efforts of teachers in reforming ideas, changing ideas, improving classroom and optimizing homework, and pointed out that part of the reform was not thorough.

      Principal Ma Changjun guides the work of teaching and research group leaders.

      明确目标、砥砺同行，教研组是我校教育教学工作基本单元，切实做好教研组工作，我们不断努力。

      We will continue to work hard to do a good job in the teaching and research group.
