灌小动态丨我校教研工作受市级表彰 Teaching and research work was commended

      2022年2月，我校在“都江堰市小学校本教研先进学校”评选活动中，被评为2020-2021年度校本教研先进学校。同时，我校英语组、语文高段组和音乐组在“都江堰市小学优秀教研组”评选活动中被评为2020-2021年度优秀教研组。

      In February 2022, our school was rated as the 2020-2021 Advanced School for School-based Teaching and Research in the selection activity of "Advanced School for Primary School-based Teaching and Research in Dujiangyan City". At the same time, our school's English group, Chinese high-level group and music group were rated as the 2020-2021 Excellent Teaching and Research Group in the selection activity of "Excellent Teaching and Research Group of Dujiangyan Primary Schools".

      我校每周每个教研组各有特定的时间进行教研活动，该组全体教师集中以半天的时间集体备课、学习、讨论和研究，并进行拍照、打卡。

      常规晒课活动，老师们轮番出马，人人参与，大家共同观摩，学习优点、提出建议。

      “双减”与“五育并举”下的常规讲座，每周都会进行培训，提高教师教育教学水平，总结教研成果，布置教研计划。

      教育教学是学校的灵魂，教师的灵魂。本学期以来，我校课堂教学研究取得了相当的成果：角色重构课堂底色，促进教学相长；“生讲生学”为轴，培养“四会”能力；“单元整合教学”；“大单元教学”背景下的作业设计等等教研成果，均取得了一定成果。
