灌小动态丨一年级组教育教学团建会 Building Meeting for Grade One Team

      为了全面贯彻落实党和国家的教育方针、政策，落实立德树人根本任务，基于新的教育方针政策、新的办学环境，3月9日，在“双减”和“五育并举”政策的指导下，我校马长俊校长、胡涛副校长等行政领导与全体一年级组教师，在会议室开展一年级组教育教学团建会。

      In order to fully implement the educational principles and policies of the Party and the state and fulfill the fundamental task of fostering morality and educating people,based on the new educational policies and the new school environment,On March 9th, under the guidance of the policy of “double reduction” and “five education simultaneously”, the administrative leaders of our school, including Principal Mr. Ma  and vice principal Mrs.Hu, and all the teachers of grade one group held  building meeting of Grade one team in the conference room.

      会议上，胡涛副校长就3月4日视导情况进行反馈与反思，对于优秀的方面进行总结与鼓励，对于尚可更进一步的地方提出讨论与改进意见；并就一年级开放活动进行了规划与部署，收集建议，完善工作清单。

      At the meeting, Vice Principal Hu Tao gave feedback and reflection on the guidance of March 4, summarized and encouraged the outstanding aspects, and put forward discussion and improvement suggestions for further areas. And the first grade open activities for planning and deployment, collect suggestions, improve the list of work.

      学生发展与指导中心主任叶体平、课程发展与指导中心主任李坤、课程质量监控中心主任任红、名师与学术中心主任李书等行政领导，就收集的一年级意见与建议进行统一回复，包括操行评分、公区划分、批评栏上墙、工作软件整改等一系列内容，充分尊重与关切教师的诉求，努力争取解决教师在工作生活上的困难，助力教师的工作水平与能力提升。

      Ye Tiping, Director of the Student Development and Guidance Center, Li Kun, Director of the Curriculum Development and Guidance Center, Ren Hong, Director of the Curriculum Quality Monitoring Center, Li Shu, Director of the Famous Teachers and Academic Center, and other administrative leaders responded to the first-year comments and suggestions collected, including conduct A series of content such as grading, public area division, criticism column on the wall, work software rectification, etc., fully respect and care for teachers' demands, strive to solve teachers' difficulties in work and life, and help teachers improve their work level and ability.

      马长俊校长总结一年级组教育教学工作，并针对当前教育教学政策方针、教育教学过程中的实际情况，进行工作指导。马校长鼓励新教师有更加积极的心态，勤于反思，勤于总结，并从具体的工作细节，譬如青蓝工程配队的指导与求教、教育教学的手段与工具等方面入手，为新教师出谋划策。

      Principal Ma Changjun summarized the education and teaching work of grade one group, and guided the work according to the current education and teaching policies and the actual situation in the education and teaching process. Principal Ma encouraged new teachers to have a more positive attitude, to reflect, to summarize, and from specific work details, such as the guidance of the Blue Project team, the means and tools of education and teaching, to give advice to new teachers.

      教育教学质量和水平，是教师与学校的核心竞争力，此次一年级教育教学团建会，学校从多方面入手，从细节出发，立足党和国家的政策方针大局，为推进一年级组核心竞争力添砖加瓦。
