      3月4日，为了深入了解我校一年级常态课堂，落实教育教学“八认真”，了解一年级课堂教育教学情况及班级常规学习状态；同时，为全面扫清校内安全、卫生、管理死角，确保师生健康、校内环境，我校开展校内集体视导工作，全校行政领导、年级组长共同参与。

      马长俊校长同后勤、行政部门领导开展校内行政视导。

      马校长一行自校门始，细致检查，同时听取各部门领导情况汇报，将我校正校门、操场、乒乓球台、琴房、厨房、保管室、电瓶车停车棚、后校门等地进行安全、卫生、管理等方面的全面视导，确保责任明确、没有死角。

      学校教学部门领导与年级组长共同进课堂，对一年级课堂教育教学情况与班级常规学习状态进行视导。

      各领导与年级组长重点关注各老师教育教学情况以及班级常规学习状态，包括课前提醒、卫生、候课、坐姿、执笔姿势、课后三落实、红领巾佩戴、学生文明、两操（眼保健操和课间操）等诸多方面。视导领导仔细检视、认真评价，并积极与任课教师沟通、交流。

      Leaders and grade group leaders focus on teachers' education and teaching as well as routine learning status of the class, including reminders before class, hygiene, waiting for class, sitting posture, writing posture, three implementation after class, red scarf wearing, student civilization, two exercises (eye health exercise and recess exercise) and many other aspects.       马长俊校长就此次视导工作进行总结。视导工作旨在全面摸查学校安全、卫生、管理、教育教学、课堂常规等情况，进一步提高行政管理水平和教育教学质量。

      胡涛副校长进一步对一年级视导情况进行总结汇报，强调在“双减”和“五育”并举背景下下，我校以作业（目标）为导向的课程改革的情况，提出相关指导性意见。
