携手共进共创辉煌

      时光荏苒，转眼一年已到尾声，新年的钟声即将敲响，灌州小学一年的工作也迎来了落幕。1月16日，散学典礼结束后，期末总结大会在学术厅拉开帷幕。全校200余名教职员工全体参加会议。

      Time flies, the new year is coming,the year's work has also ushered in the end . On January 16th, the final summary meeting was held in the academic hall. 

      在精心剪辑的视频中，我们共同回顾这一年的风风雨雨，回忆我们的欢声笑语，也回忆我们的累累硕果。 

      We looked back on the ups and downs of the year together with a special video.

      学校周烈剑董事长在致辞中对学校取得的成就表示充分赞扬，同时就新形势下学校工作进行了展望和规划。

      Chairman Zhou Liejian fully praised the achievements of the school teachers, and at the same time made an outlook and planning for the work of private schools under the new situation。

      学校荣誉校长夏代成表达了对全体教职员工工作的认可，并给全体教职员工送来新春祝福。

      Honorary Principal Xia Daicheng expressed his recognition of the teachers' work and sent New Year wishes to the teachers.

      马长俊校长在总结中为我校的所有工作进行了提纲挈领的解读，对全体教职员工的努力与成绩进行盘点；同时，马长俊校长为我们存在的尚待改进之处也进行了充分探讨，对未来的规划做出了简要说明。

      In the summary, MaChangjun gave a concise interpretation of all the work of our school and madean inventory of the efforts and achievements of all teaching staff; At the sametime, President Ma Changjun also fully discussed our existing problems thatneed to be improved, and briefly explained the future planning.

      在总结会上，各个部门的领导对于本部门的各项工作做出了年终总结，展示了我们学校一年以来在各个方面取得的荣誉。

      The leaders of eachdepartment made a summary of the work , showing the honors our school hasachieved in various aspects over the past year.

      副校长胡涛分享副校长办和六年级毕业班的工作情况。

      Vice President Hu Taoshared the work of the Vice President's Office and the sixth grade class.

      工会主席徐然林总结工会和信息中心的各项成果。Xu Ranlin, chairmanof the labor union, summarized the achievements of the labor union and theinformation center.

      行政管理中心主任于燕就行政和生活部的高质量工作方式与大家分享。Yu Yan, Director ofthe Administrative Management Center, shared with you the high-quality workstyle of the Administration and Living Department.

      课程发展与指导中心李坤主任对全校教育教学和教研工作进行总结。Director Li Kun ofthe Curriculum Development and Guidance Center summarized the education, teachingand research work of the whole school.

      课程服务管理中心主任向荣丽以视频展示部门与综合学科组教师们的成就。Xiang Rongli,director of the Curriculum Service Management Center, showed the achievementsof the teachers of the department and the comprehensive subject group with avideo.

      学生发展与指导中心叶体平主任着眼学生德育工作、少先队建设成绩。

      Ye Tiping, directorof the Student Development and Guidance Center, focused on students' moraleducation work and the achievements of the Young Pioneers.

      教育教学质量监控中心主任任红总结了整个学期学校教育教学质量评估结果。

      Ren Hong, director ofthe Education and Teaching Quality Monitoring Center, summarized the results ofthe school's education and teaching quality assessment throughout the semester.

      学术与名师中心主任李书老师总结了名师团队工作以及青蓝工程情况。Li Shu, director ofthe Academic and Famous Teachers Center, summed up the work of the key teachersand the Qinglan project.

      后勤服务管理中心主任吴勇介绍了一年以来，后勤部、厨工部在幕后的默默付出。Wu Yong, director ofthe logistics service management center, introduced the silent efforts of thelogistics department and the kitchen work department behind the scenes over thepast year.

      本学期，我们还随机抽取了英语组、数学组、语文组（班主任）、综合组各一位老师分享期末总结。This semester, wealso randomly selected one teacher from each of the English group, the mathgroup, the Chinese group (head teacher), and the comprehensive group to sharethe final summary.

      英语组的王诗琦老师，作为青年教师，在不断的反思中进步，英语组的全体老师用英语为她应援；Teacher Wang Shiqi inthe English group, as a young teacher, made progress through constantreflection, and all the teachers in the English group supported her in English;

      数学组的唐珊珊老师，作为“老手”，她以老道的经验，分享教育教学工作中的亮点与待改进的地方，数学组的同僚们为她喝彩；

      Teacher Tang Shanshanfrom the math group, as a "veteran", shared the highlights and areasfor improvement in her education and teaching work with her experiencedexperience, and her colleagues in the math group applauded her;

      语文组的杨凤娟老师，以一件件、一桩桩真实的案例，分享作为班主任经验，一步一个脚印，走出自信与风采，“无处不在”的语文组教师们应声为大家送来“无处不在”的祝福；

      Teacher Yang Fengjuanfrom the language group shared her experience as a class teacher with realcases one by one. Step by step, she stepped out of her confidence and style.The teachers of the "Everywhere" language group responded and sent"Nowhere" to everyone. absence" blessing;

      综合组的邓烨老师，身兼数职，又是跨学科教学，她的分享生动展示了综合大组教师们丰富多彩、忙碌又充实的工作。

      Teacher Deng Ye inthe comprehensive group has multiple jobs and is also an interdisciplinary teacher. Her sharing vividly demonstrated the colorful, busy and fulfilling work of the teachers in the comprehensive group.

      总结会的最后，是大家喜闻乐见的抽奖环节和校聘名师颁奖。李书老师为大家带来“惊喜”，一曲《祝福你》让大家找到了“年味”，人人有份的奖品，是学校为教师送上的新年祝福。

      At the end of thesummary meeting, there will be a lucky draw session and the year-end famousteacher award. Mr. Li Shu brought "surprise" to everyone. The song"Blessing You" made everyone find the "Taste of the NewYear". The prize that everyone can share is the New Year's blessing sentby the school to teachers.

      旧的一年，我们同舟共济，新的一年，我们也要并肩前行！
