期末总结

      大鹏一日同风起，扶摇直上九万里。班主任是班级工作的组织者、班集体建设的指导者、学生健康成长的引领者。为了总结和推广班级优秀管理经验，切实提升班主任的专业素养和管理的水平，使学校德育工作更能适应新时期发展的需要，2022年1月13日，我校召开了“总结悟成长  蓄力待远航”为主题的期末班主任工作总结交流会议。本次会议由学校学生发展中心叶体平老师主持，马长俊校长、全体年级组长、全体班主任老师参加了会议。

      The head teacher is the organizer of class work, the guide of class collective construction and the leader of students' healthy growth. On January 13, our school held a final class teacher work summary and exchange meeting with the theme of "summarizing and understanding growth, accumulating strength and waiting for long voyage".

      会上，6名年级组长、38名班主任分别做了总结交流，并分享了经验心得。At the meeting, 6 grade leaders and 38 class teachers made a summary, and then shared their experience.

      会后，马校长作总结发言，希望各位班主任通过本次的经验分享，充分借鉴与学习优秀经验，从“心”出发，发挥自己的智慧，积累更多的经验，让教育工作深入到学生的内心，帮助学生成长，充分践行“德育为首，教学为主，育人为本，全面发展”的内涵。

      After the meeting, President Ma made a concluding speech and hoped that all head teachers would fully learn from and learn from the excellent experience through this experience sharing.
