期末总结

      花开花谢，寒来暑往，相约灌小，有师者齐聚，共论育人之道，共勉情怀。

      Flowers bloom andwither, cold and summer come and go, meet and irrigate small, and teachersgather to discuss the way of educating people and encourage feelings together.

      2022年1月15日，数学组相聚一堂，在会议室召开了大组总结会议，课程服务管理中心李坤主任参加了参与本次会议。会上，每一位老师就本学期的教学工作亮点，教学思考及努力方向进行了发言。

      On January 15,2022, the mathematics group got together and held a large group summary meetingin the conference room. Director Li Kun of the course service management centerattended the meeting. At the meeting, each teacher spoke on the highlights ofteaching work, teaching thinking and direction of efforts this semester.

      杨晓蓉老师这样说到：用自己的生活态度去感染学生，也是一种无形的教育！

      Yang Xiaorong said:infecting students with their own life attitude is also an invisible education!

      杨菊花老师这样说到：提问型教学语言要具有规范性，开放性！

      Yang Juhua said:the questioning teaching language should be standardized and open!

      郑爽老师这样说到：培养学生自主学习能力至关重要！

      Zheng Shuang said:it is very important to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability!

      唐珊珊老师这样说到：夸张的表扬，让孩子自信成长！

      Tang Shanshan said:exaggerated praise makes children grow up with confidence!

      龚艳老师这样说到：计算是每个年级的教学重点，得计算者得数学！

      Gong Yan said:calculation is the teaching focus of each grade. Those who get the calculationget the mathematics!

      扈正敏老师这样说到：关注学生发生了哪些变化，结合数学知识让课堂更具有生活性和趣味性。

      Hu Zhengmin said:pay attention to what changes have taken place in students, and combinemathematics knowledge to make the classroom more lively and interesting.

      赵钰老师这样说到：温故知新的过程中，要注意保护后进生的心。

      Zhao Yu said: inthe process of reviewing the old and learning the new, we should pay attentionto protecting the hearts of backward students.

      叶轩君老师这样说到：数学教学要注重学生语言表达能力和问题解决能力的培养。不仅要知道是什么？还应该了解为什么？怎么做？

      Ye Xuanjun said:mathematics teaching should pay attention to the cultivation of students'language expression ability and problem-solving ability. Not just what? Andwhy? How do you do it?

      三尺讲台一生梦，立足今朝开新篇。同携手又走过一程，共勉励，笃行以致远，愿我们继续保持一颗炙热的心，朝着2022的方向一步一个脚印奋力前行。
