      转眼间，一学期的工作又接近尾声。在学校领导的关心和指导下，英语组的老师们相互帮助，携手共进。回首这一学期教学研磨时光，老师们有收获，也有缺憾。

      The work of a semester iscoming to an end. Under the care and guidance of the school leaders, theteachers of the English group help each other and work together. Looking backon the teaching time of this semester, teachers have gained and regretted.

      带着“获”和“憾”，英语组老师们在课程管理中心向主任的带领下，开展了英语学科期末工作总结活动。

      With "Harvest" and"Regret", the teachers of the English group carried out the finalwork summary of the English discipline under the leadership of the director ofthe curriculum management center.

      老师们将本期的工作、成果、经验、缺憾以及下学期的工作设想一一向大家分享。

      The teachers sharedtheir work, achievements, experience, shortcomings and work ideas for the nextsemester.

      活动尾声，向主任指出：本次活动既是分享也是反思，学会总结和反思，才有助于教学活动更好地开展，提升教学效果，促进教师教学水平的提高。

      At the end of theactivity, director Xiang pointed out that this activity is both sharing andreflection. Learning to summarize and reflect will help to better carry outteaching activities, improve teaching effect and promote the improvement ofteachers' teaching level.

      最后，向主任也向老师们提出了下期英语学科基于“双减”政策下的工作要求，要我们进一步提高课堂效率、提升课堂质量，让英语课堂更精彩。

      Finally, directorXiang also put forward the work requirements of the next English subject basedon the "Double Reduction" policy to the teachers, asking us tofurther improve the classroom efficiency, improve the classroom quality andmake the English classroom more exciting.
