期末总结

      2021年是繁忙和收获的一年，我们收获硕果累累，但也难免有些遗憾。为了分享各自的收获与遗憾。2022年1月15日上午，我校综合组全体教师展开了大组总结会议，学生与发展中心叶主任参与本次会议。会上，各学科老师分别对自己本学期的教学工作进行总结，并提前设想下期工作。

      2021 is a busy and fruitful year. We have achievedfruitful results, but it is inevitable that we will have some regrets. In orderto share their harvest and regret.All teachers of the comprehensive group ofour university held a large group summary meeting, and director Ye of thestudent and development center participated in the meeting.At the meeting,teachers of various disciplines summarized their teaching work this semesterand envisaged the next work in advance.

      心理教师白柯老师这样说道：用给你点个赞，进行学生之间的沟通。

      美术教师王丽老师这样说道：让每个学生都能参与社团活动。

      Art teacher Wang Li said: let every student participate incommunity activities.

      体育教师吴明刚老师这样说道：多看、多问、多想、多做。

      Physical education teacher Wu Minggang said: see more, askmore, think more and do more.

      音乐教师王珍老师这样说道：做好课堂教学的组织和纽带。

      Music teacher Wang Zhen said: do a good job in theorganization and link of classroom teaching.

      始终把“生命线”教育教学放在首位，不能“吃经验”教学，与时俱进，学习新的理念，精细教学能力，探究多样化的教学手段和方式满足不同层次学生的需要。说初心很易，保初心很难，我们在不断的历练自己，学会与学生相处、学会与同事相处、学会与自己相处，未来的路很长，愿我们保持那颗初心，一起奔向2022年。

      Always put the "lifeline" education and teachingin the first place, not "eat experience" teaching, keep pace with thetimes, learn new ideas, refine teaching ability, explore diversified teachingmeans and methods to meet the needs of students at different levels.Learn toget along with students, colleagues and yourself. There is a long way to go inthe future. May we keep our original heart and run to 2022 together.
