      辞别2021，迎来2022。1月14日，我校召开名师工作总结会，回顾了我校校聘名师团队的工作开展情况。学校学术与名师中心总结了我校名师团队一年来的教育教学成果，也对名师工作在教育教学、师德师风和个人成长方面提出了具体要求。

      On January 14, we helda work summary meeting of famous teachers to review the work of the team offamous teachers. The academic and famous teacher center summarizes theeducation and teaching achievements of the famous teacher team of our school inthe past year, and also puts forward specific requirements for the work offamous teachers in terms of education and teaching, teachers' ethics and styleand personal growth.

      学校马长俊校长充分肯定了名师团队的示范引领工作，也在“双减”政策背景下对名师团队如何更好地开展工作，促进个人和学校的共同成长做了深入分析。

      Ma Changjun fullyaffirmed the demonstration and guidance work of the famous teacher team, andalso made an in-depth analysis on how the famous teacher team can better carryout its work and promote the common growth of individuals and the school underthe background of the "double reduction" policy.

      学校名师团队在新的一年也将一如既往地做好名师的“示范引领工程”，按照“四有好老师”标准为建设高素质专业化教师队伍开展工作。

      In the new year, the team of famous teachers of the schoolwill, as always, do a good job in the "demonstration and leadingproject" of famous teachers and carry out work for building a high-qualityprofessional teacher team according to the standard of "four goodteachers".
