灌小动态丨谭凌云副市长莅临我校检查食堂安全 Canteen Safety Inspection

      2022年2月18日，都江堰市人民政府副市长谭凌云一行莅临我校进行食堂安全检查，都江堰市教育局局长李桦、都江堰市市场监管局局长陈利等相关部门负责人陪同检查。

      On February 18, Tan Lingyun, vice mayor of Dujiangyan MunicipalPeople's government, visited our school for canteen safety inspection,accompanied by Li Hua, director of Dujiangyan Education Bureau, Chen Li,director of Dujiangyan Market Supervision Bureau and other relevant departmentheads.

      谭凌云副市长实地查看了学生就餐环境，听取了学校对学生就餐的细致安排，重点检查了学校食堂“明厨亮灶”和学生安全就餐设施，仔细查看了配餐间、操作间、储物空间、消毒设施和留样柜等，详细了解食堂从业人员的健康状况、日常监管等情况，并对食品原料采购渠道、食品原辅材料的索证索票、进货台账登记等情况进行了重点检查，特别关注学校食堂天然气规范管理和使用。

      Tan Lingyun inspected the students' dining environment on the spot,listened to the school's detailed arrangements for students' dining, focused onthe "Bright kitchen and bright stove" and students' safe diningfacilities in the school canteen, inspected the catering room, operation room,storage space, disinfection facilities and sample retention cabinet, andlearned more about the health status and daily supervision of the employees inthe canteen, It also focused on the inspection of the procurement channels offood raw materials, the demand for certificates and tickets of food raw andauxiliary materials, and the registration of purchase accounts, with specialattention to the standardized management and use of natural gas in the schoolcanteen.

      谭凌云副市长对我食堂工作给予高度肯定，也对全市学校食品卫生安全等方面提出要求：一是学校食品卫生安全关系到广大师生的身体健康和生命安全，相关部门要进一步提高思想认识，不断创新服务理念，加强监督管理； 二是市教育局、市市场监管局等相关部门要加大对校园食品安全监管力度，完善巡查机制，落实监管责任；三 是学校食堂要建立完善科学、严格的食品安全管理制度，加大食堂从业人员培训力度，严把原材料采购、储藏、加工等各个环节关； 四是全力做好校园食品安全工作，做好师生和相关人员的宣传教育工作。 

      Tan Lingyun highly affirmed the work of our canteen, and also putforward requirements for school food hygiene and safety in the whole city:first, school food hygiene and safety is related to the health and life safetyof teachers and students. Relevant departments should further improve theirideological understanding, constantly innovate service concepts and strengthensupervision and management; Second, the Municipal Education Bureau, themunicipal market supervision bureau and other relevant departments shouldstrengthen the supervision of campus food safety, improve the inspectionmechanism and implement the supervision responsibility; Third, the schoolcanteen should establish and improve a scientific and strict food safetymanagement system, strengthen the training of canteen employees, and strictlycontrol the procurement, storage, processing and other links of raw materials;Fourth, make every effort to do a good job in campus food safety, and do a goodjob in the publicity and education of teachers, students and relevantpersonnel.

      我校对于食堂卫生安全工作一向高度重视，我们将持续加强监管力度，进一步建立健全优化食品安全管理制度和长效工作机制，落实食品安全工作要求，做好师生的食品安全保障工作。

      Our school has always attached greatimportance to the health and safety of the canteen. We will continue tostrengthen supervision, further establish and improve the optimized food safetymanagement system and long-term working mechanism, implement the requirementsof food safety work, and do a good job in the food safety guarantee of teachersand students.
