New semester, new beginning!

      2022年2月9日起，我校开始了为期六天的新学期前期准备工作，为未来的工作提前进行了全面计划。全校教职员工全体参与，共同努力，为新学期勠力同心。

      From February 9, 2022, our school has started the preparation for the new semester. All the staff participated, worked together and made joint efforts.

前期准备 向未来！Preparation in advance

      自9日开始，我校行政团队就开始着手准备新学期工作。10日，全校行政会议正式召开，行政团队对新学期计划、安排、安全、卫生等各个方面进行全方位规划、检测；宣传中心就新学期新闻工作、电子仪器也进行了全面检查和计划。

      On the 9th, the administrative team of our school began to prepare for the new semester. On the 10th, the administrative meeting was officially held, and the administrative team carried out all-round planning and testing for the new semester; The publicity center also conducted a comprehensive inspection and plan on the news work and electronic instruments. 

      此外，针对党和国家教育政策方针的改革与变化，我校行政团队积极学习，基于发展风向，制定了面向未来的全新计划。

      In addition, in view of the reform and changes of the party and national education policies and guidelines, the administrative team of our school actively studied and formulated a new plan for the future.

支部会议 向未来！Party branch meeting

      党员是我校排头兵、冲锋队，我校重大活动与事务，党员都奋战在一线。新的学期，新的要求，马长俊书记召集党员，召开支部会议，对我校党员进行了全面思想教育，为我校党支部新学期的工作提前安排。

      Ma Changjun called party members and held branch meetings, conducted comprehensive ideological education for more than 40 party members of our school, and arranged in advance for the work of our Party branch in the new semester.

职工培训 向未来！Staffs training

      12日，全校教职员工齐聚学术厅，马长俊校长对全校教职员工进行2022年学校发展展望，基于过去党和国家的教育方针政策以及未来党和国家的教育改革方向，对教职员工提出了全新的要求。

      On the 12th, all the staff gathered in the academic hall. Principal Ma Changjun made a prospect for the development of our school and put forward new requirements for the staff in combination with the educational policies of the party and the state.

      行政管理中心符琪对全校教职工，就疫情常态防控提出了新要求，结合成都市和都江堰市通报的情况和要求，对新学期疫情防控工作作出全面部署。

      Fu Qi, who is from the administrative management center, made a comprehensive deployment for the epidemic prevention and control in the new semester in combination with the situation and requirements of Chengdu and Dujiangyan.

      学生发展中心叶体平主任就教职员工职业道德、全员德育工作内容，从全新的角度和方针，提出了新的要求和规划。

      Director Ye Tiping put forward new requirements and plans for the professional ethics of teaching staff and the moral education of all staff.

计划解读 向未来！Interpretation of work plan

      常言道：“不可打无准备之仗。”教育教学工作犹如一场战役，艰苦卓绝且不容有失，为此，完善的计划是重中之重。行政团队做好各部门计划之后，分部门为教职员工进行计划解读，为未来的战役打下牢固的基础。

      After the administrative team completed the department plan, the leaders of the departments interpreted the plan for the teaching staff, so as to lay a solid foundation for the next education and teaching work.

      副校长胡涛进行基于五项管理下的综合评估，在新方针政策下对我校教育教学任务做出全面规划。

      Vice-principal Hu Tao made a comprehensive plan for the education and teaching tasks of our school based on the comprehensive evaluation under the five management.

      质量监控中心任红主任进行计划解读，在更高要求下，对我校教育教学质量进行了高质量监督规划。

      Director Ren Hong made a high-quality supervision plan for the education and teaching quality of our school under higher requirements.

      学术与名师中心李书主任在新环境下，对未来青蓝工程、名师考核、学术发展做出全面解读与工作计划分享。

      Director Li Shu made a comprehensive interpretation of the blue project, the assessment of famous teachers and academic development.

      课程发展与指导中心李坤主任硬核分享“共生课堂”、“大单元教学”、“新作业改革”等“未来感”十足的新计划，分享满满干货，为新学期的新发展，展示出全新的气势。

      Director Li Kun shared new plans such as "symbiotic classroom", "large unit teaching" and "new homework reform", showing a new momentum for the development of the new semester.

      后勤部在王喜梅的主持下，召开本学期工作计划，为全体教职员工的后勤工作保驾护航。

      Director Wang Ximei presided over the work plan of this semester and provided logistical support for all teaching staff.

      生活部在行政管理中心主任于燕的主持下召开计划解读会，介绍新伙伴，说明新目标，为未来孩子们的校园生活铺陈鲜花与彩虹。

      Director Yu Yan introduced the new partners, explained the new goals, and laid out flowers and rainbows for the children's future campus life.

      13日，我校正式开始集体教研预备课活动，综合大组、语文组、数学组、英语组分别进行了大组教研指导活动，大组长、各个小组长分别做出本组教研计划分享和解读。各个小组分别进行组内教研活动，针对本学科、本年龄段、本册教材，针对性地设计教学环节、作业布置、教育方法、教学进度等。

      On the 13th, the comprehensive group, the Chinese group, the Mathematics group and the English group carried out teaching and research activities respectively, and each teaching and research team leader made the sharing and interpretation of the teaching and research plan of the group.

      基于教育新政策的实施与落地，我校全面改进了教研课题与备课方案，在新的备课方案与教学计划之下，老师们积极参与，勇于发言，激烈讨论，让教研活动真真成了思想碰撞、面向未来的脑内风暴。

团建活动 向未来！Team Building

      新学期，我们有旧时同僚，更有新的朋友。我校分年级、分班开展团建会，大家坐在一起，畅谈工作与生活，一同对困难与挫折，共谋规划与未来。

      All teachers sat together in grades and classes, talked about work and life, shared difficulties and setbacks, and planned for the future.

      我们不断进步，为自己的事业自豪，为孩子的成长护航。我们在新的一年，新的学期，为新的开始，竭尽全力，不负时光。新的学期，我们向着未来，前进！
