停电疏散应急演练 Power Failure Evacuation Emergency Drill

      2021年11月9日，为了有效应急处置学校内可能发生的正常停电事故以及突发状况下的紧急停电事故，确保正常的教学秩序和有力的后勤保障，使事故处理工作高效、有序地进行，最大限度地减轻事故造成的影响，维护学校稳定，我校开展了全校停电疏散应急演练。

      On November 9th, 2021, in order to effectively deal with the possible normal power failure and emergency power failure in the school, ensure the normal teaching order and strong logistics support, make the accident handling work efficient and orderly, minimize the impact of the accident and maintain the stability of the school, our school carried out the school wide power failure evacuation emergency drill.

      本次演练是我校首次进行夜间停电状况下的安全演练，情况比普通演练更加复杂，因此我校领导高度重视，制订了全面而详细的岗位分配，要求全校参与。

      This drill is the first safety drill conducted by our university under the condition of power failure at night. The situation is more complex than the ordinary drill. Therefore, the leaders of our university attach great importance to it and formulate a comprehensive and detailed job assignment, requiring the participation of the whole university.

      叶体平主任进行全校教师岗位安排、于燕主任对全体生活老师岗位进行安排。

      Director Ye arranged the positions of all teachers in the school, and director Yu arranged the positions of all life teachers.

      班主任老师开展停电疏散应急演练主题班会，阐明灾害特点、传授逃生技巧。

      The headmasters held a class meeting on the theme of power failure evacuation emergency drill to clarify the characteristics of disasters and teach escape skills.

      演习开始，全体教职员工与各自就位，马长俊校长担任总指挥，全体党员同志在一线维护秩序，确保安全。

      At the beginning of the exercise, all teaching staff and were in place. President Ma Changjun served as the commander in chief. All Party members and comrades maintained order and ensured safety on the front line.

      孩子们在教职员工的带领和护送下，按照提前安排的顺序，捂住口鼻、弯腰前行，迅速而有序地撤离到操场。

      Under the leadership and escort of the teaching staff, the children covered their mouths and noses, bent forward and evacuated to the playground quickly and orderly according to the order arranged in advance.

      班主任老师汇报班级人数之后，叶体平主任宣布此次演习取得圆满成功。叶体平主任再次强调此次演习的意义和重要性，提出安全演练的常态化、真实化，希望全体师生把“安全第一”牢记于心。

      After headmasters reported the number of classes, director Ye announced that the exercise was a complete success. He once again stressed the significance and importance of the drill, proposed the normalization and authenticity of the safety drill, and hoped that all teachers and students would keep "safety first" in mind.

      此次演习，增强了师生的安全防护意识，提高了师生的紧急避险能力，让广大师生更深入地了解突发事件躲避逃生常识，并切实提高了自救、互救、自护能力，能从容应对危险事故的发生，将能最大限度地保护广大师生的人身安全。

      This exercise has enhanced the safety protection awareness of teachers and students, improved the emergency avoidance ability of teachers and students, enabled the majority of teachers and students to have a deeper understanding of the common sense of emergency escape, and effectively improved the ability of self rescue, mutual rescue and self-protection. It can calmly deal with the occurrence of dangerous accidents and protect the personal safety of teachers and students to the greatest extent.
