      新鲜的猪肉和韭菜是美味水饺的前提，清洗、加工后的原材料经过厨师的调配变成了诱人的饺子馅儿，适当的荤素搭配比例在为孩子们提供美味的同时也带来健康。

      秘诀二：手中的爱（Love） 每个月第三周的星期四吃红油水饺，这是每个孩子都知道的惯例，自建校以来，学校的红油水饺一直是手工制作，由生活老师和厨工完成全校40000多水饺的制作，每个饺子中都饱含着对孩子们的爱。老师们说：“孩子们喜欢吃，再累都值得。”

      On the third Thursday of every month, we eat dumplings. It's a ritual every kid knows.Sincethe establishment of the school, dumplings have been made by hand, lifeteachers and kitchen workers to complete the production of more than 40,000dumplings, each dumpling is full of love for the children. The teachers said:"The children love to eat, no matter how tired it is, it is worthit."

      红油水饺蘸水中的灵魂辣椒油是厨师们提前三天炼制，厨师说提前三天炼制的辣椒油经过放置味道会更香，口感会更佳。当天下午，厨师们会用白糖、醋、花椒油、调味料和大蒜熬制蘸水，再加入秘制辣椒油，美味的红油蘸水就诞生啦！

      The soul chilli oilin the sauce is made three days in advance by chefs, who say that the chillioil made three days in advance will taste better after it is placed.In theafternoon, cooks cooked the sauce with sugar, vinegar, prickly ash oil and garlic, then added the secret chili oil.
