
面对“双减”政策的契机,为了进一步加大对我校青年教师的培育力度,借力“双减”政策提高我校教师的专业水平,提升育人质量,10月起我校开展了“青年教师展示课”活动。
Faced with the opportunity of the "double reduction" policy, in order to further strengthen the cultivation of young teachers in our school, take advantage of the "double reduction" policy to improve the professional level of teachers in our school and improve the quality of education, our school has carried out the " Blue Project Teachers’ Demonstration classes" since October.
本次活动是在“双减”政策背景下,通过“年级备课组集体备课——青蓝工程指导——教师汇报展示——学科教研组大组研讨”为活动流程,开展全员参与的教育教学研究。本次活动旨在提升课堂效率,实现高效课堂,促进我校教师提高专业素养和教育教学水平。
Under the background of "double reduction" policy, this activity carries out education and teaching research with full participation through the activity process of "class collective preparation of instruction --Blue Project guidance -- teachers' emonstration classes -- teaching and research group ‘s discussion". The purpose of this activity is to improve teaching efficiency, class of high achievers, promote teachers to improve professional quality and education and teaching level.
              
教师是“双减”的责任主体,聚焦课堂是“双减”和“青蓝工程”的核心,通过本次活动大力促进师徒之间、备课组之间、教研组之间的交流,互帮互惠,共同成长。
Teachers are the main body of responsibility for "Double eduction", focusing on the classroom is the core of "Double reduction" and "Blue Project", through this activity to vigorously promote exchanges between master and apprentice, between the preparation of instruction group, between the teaching and research group, to help each other and make progress together.
             
学有所思,思有所得,在课堂研究中形成有层次、有温度、有深度的研究团队。另外,学校还将多措并举打好“双减”组合拳,搭建展示平台,为教师赋能提效。
Learn to have thinking, think to have attains, to form a hierarchical, warm, depth of the research teamin the classroom research. In addition, by "double reduction policy" , our school will creat better conditions to build a display platform for teachers to empower and improve the effectiveness.
