一、社区管理明白卡

（Community Management）

       (一)疫情防控社区需要排查人员明白卡。排查六类人员。

       (一)Epidemic prevention and control community needs investigators.Investigation of six types of personnel

       1.境外返回人员。

       1. Overseas returnees. 

       2.解除集中隔离返回人员。

       2.Release centralized isolation and return personnel. 

       3.国内中高风险地 区返回人员。

       3. Returnees from medium and high-risk areas in the country. 

       4.确诊病例的密接或次密接返回人员。

       4.Close contact or secondary close contact returnees of confirmed cases.

       5.在城市从 事高风险行业返回人员。

       5.Returnees engaged in high-risk industries in cities.

       6.“红、黄码”人员。

       （二）重点人员信息登记明白卡。建立以上六类人员详细 台账。

       （三）国内中高风险地区入（返）川人员管理政策明白卡。

       （三）Management policy for personnel entering (returning) Sichuan in medium and high risk areas in China.

       国内中高风险地区划定后，14 天内有中高风险地区旅居史 的入（返）川人员，实施居家或集中隔离，直至离开旅居地满 14天为止。公布本土感染者后的入（返）川人员，查验 48 小时核 酸检测阴性报告。

       After the delimitation of medium and high-risk areas in China, those who enter (return to) Sichuan with a history of living in medium and high-risk areas within 14 days shall be subject to home or centralized isolation until they have left the residence for 14 days. The personnel entering (returning) Sichuan after publishing the local infected persons shall check the negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours.

二、居民防控明白卡

(Residents' Prevention and Control)

       (一)出现了发热、干咳等症状处置明白卡。个人一旦出 现症状后，立即报告学校，并做好个人防护，及时到医疗卫生 机构就诊。

       (一)There are symptoms such as fever and dry cough. Once an individual has symptoms, immediately report to the school, do personal protection, and go to medical and health institutions in time.

       (二)外出防护明白卡。外出佩戴口罩，加强个人卫生。减少聚集活动，规范就医。

       (二)Out Protection . Wear masks when going out to strengthen personal hygiene. Reduce gathering activities and standardize medical treatment.

       (三)旅游返家注意事项明白卡。

       (三)Precautions for returning home

       1.及时向学校、社区报 告行程。

       1.Report the trip to the school and community in time. 

       2.省外旅游返川进行一次核酸检测。

       2.A nucleic acid test was carried out when tourists from outside the province returned to Sichuan. 

       3.遵照健康提 示主动落实防控措施。

       （四）居家隔离注意事项明白卡。

       Precautions for Home Isolation

       1.进行居家隔离，单独 居住，严守承诺。

       1.Isolate at home, live alone and strictly abide by commitments. 

       2.每天早、晚测量体温，关注身体状况，有 症状，及时主动报告，及时就医。

       2.Measure the body temperature in the morning and evening every day, pay attention to the physical condition, take the initiative to report and see a doctor in time if there are symptoms.

三、疫苗接种明白卡

（Vaccination）

       （一）加强针的接种效果。加强针的抗体水平相当于原来 的 10-30 倍。

       （二）加强针的疫苗类型选择。现阶段，建议使用已接种过的原疫苗进行加强免疫。
