爱于心，践于行——孩子们学校里的“妈妈” Love With Action— The Life Teachers

      有这么一群人，她们每天起早贪黑，忙碌在宿舍、餐厅的各个角落，默默地为孩子们创造干净、舒适的生活环境，她们是校园里最可爱的人，他们是孩子们学校里的“妈妈”——生活老师。

      There are such a group of people who get upearly and get dark every day, are busy in every corner of the dormitory andrestaurant, and silently create a clean and comfortable living environment forthe children. They are the most lovely people on campus. They are the "mothers"- life teachers in the children's school.

      1.  早晨叫起

      早晨，她们将孩子们从睡梦中轻轻唤醒，提醒孩子们添衣叠被和洗漱，她们忙碌的一天便从这时开始了……

      In the morning, they gently awakened thechildren from their sleep, reminded them to add clothes and quilt and wash,their busy day began from this moment...

      2.整理卫生、清洁消毒

      早餐后将孩子们送到教室，生活老师开始对每个寝室进行卫生整理、逐一消毒。

      After breakfast, the children were sent tothe classroom, and the life teacher began to clean up and disinfect eachbedroom one by one.

      为保障孩子们的健康，生活老师还会对寝室进行紫外线灯照射消毒。

      In order to protect children's health, lifeteachers will also disinfect the dormitory with ultraviolet light.

      半月一次定期为孩子们清洗床上用品。

      They clean thebedding for the children regularly every half month.

      3.“两检、三餐、两点、两休”

      两检：晨检、晚检，监测学生健康状况

      Two inspections:morning inspection and evening inspection to monitor the health of students.

      两点：上午课间餐、晚上晚间餐

      Two pastries: morning recess meal, eveningmeal.

三餐：早餐、午餐、晚餐

      谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。为保证孩子们的营养均衡搭配，生活老师精心照顾着每一个孩子的用餐，督促孩子不要挑食，提醒孩子们荤素搭配，教育好孩子餐桌文化。

      两休：午休、晚休

      她们还要特别照看有特殊体质的孩子，如生病、过敏体质等，像妈妈一样悉心地照看着每一个孩子。

      They also take special care of children withspecial constitutions, such as illnesses, allergies, etc., and take care ofeach child like their mother.

      一日认真学习后，孩子们回到寝室就像回到了家，看书、听老师讲故事、与伙伴游戏......

      After a day of serious study, the childrenreturned to their dormitory like going back home.Reading, listening to thestory, playing games with their partners...

      孩子们入睡后，生活老师还会定时起床探视，轻掖被角，让孩子们一夜好眠。

      After the children fall asleep, the lifeteacher will also regularly get up and visit, and lightly tuck the quilt, sothat the children can sleep well.

      孩子们get越来越多的生活技能，看看一年级的孩子叠被子多棒！

      这就是她们，没有站在三尺讲台传业解惑，却为学生营造了另一个温馨的家，她们就是我们灌州小学的生活老师，她们就是孩子们学校里的“妈妈”。
