尊敬的家长朋友，亲爱的居家学习的孩子们：Dear parents, dear children studying at home:

      近期，学校有部分孩子按照疫情防控要求在居家健康监测，感谢您全家对政府疫情防控工作的理解和支持。为了让我们居家的孩子们学习生活规律有序，我们学校为大家制定了精准的居家学习指南，请大小朋友们仔细阅读，停课不停学，停课不休锻炼，五育并举我能行！

      Recently, some children are monitoring their health at home in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Thank you for your understanding and supporting of the government's epidemic prevention and control work. In order to let our children at home learn the rules of life in an orderly manner, our school has developed an accurate home study guide for everyone. Please read it carefully.

      一、家长指南（For Parents）

      1、请我们的家长朋友在孩子居家学习期间，务必做好全家人的疫情安全防护，不带孩子聚集聚会，和孩子围炉阅读促膝长谈最好，这也是难得与孩子沟通交流的契机。

      1. Parents are requested to take good care of the epidemic safety protection of the whole family during their children's home study, and do not bring their children together for gatherings. It's best to have a long conversation with your children by reading around the furnace. This is also a rare opportunity to communicate with your children.

      2、管控孩子在家学习期间的作息时间，最好能与学校作息时间处于同一频率，根据老师对孩子的学习要求进行灵活调控，杜绝电子产品的影响。

      2.Control the children's work and rest during home study. It is best to be at the same frequency as the school schedule. According to the teacher's requirements for children's learning, it can be adjusted flexibly to prevent the influence of electronic products.

      3、居家时的学习生活习惯需要家长朋友的夯实，如眼操、体操和基本的运动放松远眺绿色等要合理安排在学习课程期间，并随时与老师保持沟通。

      1、我们的老师们会根据您居家的时间长短来确定指导您采用什么样的学习方式，居家时间较短的可以先在老师指导下预习，到校后再补上；

      1.The teachers will determine what kind of learning method you will use according to the length of your stay at home. If you have a shorter stay at home, you can preview under the guidance of the teacher and make up after you arrive at school.

      时间较长的，我们采用的是线上直播教学。

      For longer periods, we use online live teaching.

      2、在此期间，家长还可以关注“四川省教育资源公共服务平台”微信公众号。

      手机端操作步骤：进入公众号-点击“网络课程”-选择“国家资源”-选择所在年级、单元、课程，即可开始学习。

      四、运动不停歇，劳动真光荣（the exercise will not stop. Labor is glorious）
