“双减”求实效，“视导”促提升 Seek Results and Promote Improvement

      为促进“五项管理”和“双减”政策在学校的落实，剖析新形势下一年级的课堂教学，促进课堂提效和质量提升，我校校聘名师、骨干教师组成视导团队，对一年级教师的课堂教学、作业批改、课堂常规等方面进行综合视导。

      本次教学视导在随堂听课及班级常规观察中了解一年级教师们在“双减”政策下开展教学的情况以及落实减负不减质的实施路径。听课后，视导组成员与上课老师进行议课，既指出了老师在教学过程中的闪光点，又对老师们的教学提出了许多合理化的建议，助力教师成长和提升教学实效，同时也为“双减”工作的落实起到了助推作用。
