成都市市场监督管理局来我校指导食品安全工作 Market Authority Came to Guide Food Safety

      2021年10月12日上午，成都市市场监督管理局廖磊处长、刘洁专家到我校食堂进行指导工作。廖磊处长和刘洁专家对学校食堂的食品安全管理予以高度评价，其中尤对食堂各操作间的规范布局、各操作间的操作流程、留样间的管理、食品添加剂的管理、库房、洗碗设备、消毒、台账、食堂卫生以及餐厨垃圾的处理等环节予以表扬；同时也指出了可以更加完善的地方。通过此次指导工作，食堂全体员工加强学习，有效落实食品经营者的食品安全责任，切实增强食品经营者和食品从业人员的守法经营意识，对可以进一步完善的地方做出了优化与调整。
