我校心理工作室正式成立 Psychological Studio Established

      随着社会的发展，学生的心理健康问题逐渐凸显，受到学校、家长和社会的广泛关注。根据当前中小学生的实际需求和学校心理健康教育工作的发展需要，我校成立了心理教育工作室，由校长直接领导，学生发展与指导中心具体负责。

      With the development of society, students' mental health problems are becoming more and more prominent, which has been widely concerned by schools, parents and society. According to the actual needs of primary and secondary school students and the development needs of school mental health education, our school has established a psychological education studio, which is directly led by the principal and specifically responsible for the student development and guidance center.

      “心语”心理工作室成立于2021年8月底，面积近100平方米。咨询室由专职心理教师白柯主管，负责全校学生、老师的心理辅导工作。

      "Xinyu" psychological studio was established at the end of August 2021, covering an area of nearly 100 square meters. The counseling room is headed by Bai Ke, a full-time psychological teacher, who is responsible for the psychological counseling of all students and teachers in the school.

      心理咨询接待室设在教学楼二楼，地理位置很好，方便师生往来。

      The psychological counseling reception room is located on the second floor of the teaching building, with a good geographical location to facilitate the communication between teachers and students.

      心理咨询功能室包括个体咨询区、团体辅导区、书籍阅览区、心理测评区、沙盘活动区、放松宣泄区等多功能活动区。丰富的功能室目前正在筹建中，敬请期待......咨询的项目主要包括小学生常见的升学适应不良、学习压力过大、学习动机不强、考前焦虑、厌学情绪、自卑心理、逆反心理、攻击行为、行为异常、亲子沟通困难、同伴交往不佳等诸多问题。我校心理工作室的宗旨就是运用心理学的理论和技巧来引导和帮助来访者解决心理困扰，提高心理素质，帮助他们开展心理自助，实现健康成长。

      心理教师简介

      白柯，教育学硕士（心理健康教育方向）、应用心理学专业毕业、国家三级心理咨询师。都江堰市灌州小学校专职心理教师。曾任绵阳中学实验学校、绵阳市涪城区西园学校专职心理教师。曾参与绵阳市教育科学研究所“打造西部教育强市”项目、四川绵阳未成年人心理成长指导与研究中心重点项目。在绵阳市第二届中小学心理健康教育活动课展评活动中荣获一等奖。
