灌州小学2027届摇号分班活动纪实 Record of New Students’ Random Activity

      公开、公平、公正，是我国教育发展的方向。灌州小学校坚定不移地拥护国家教育方针，坚持发展均衡教育。为此，灌州小学校在2021年8月30日，邀请2027届全体家长以及家委会成员，观摩并参与公开摇号分班活动。

      Guanzhou Primary School supports the national education policy and adheres to the development of balanced education. Therefore, on August 30, 2021, Guanzhou primary school invited all parents and members of the 2027 family committee to observe and participate in the public lottery and class assignment.

      全体家长签到确认身份后，领取入场券，陆续到达学术厅，等待摇号分班活动开始。

      After all parents sign in to confirm their identity, they receive admission tickets and arrive at the academic hall one after another, waiting for the start of the lottery and class sorting activity.

      我校伍建强老师担任主持人，肖文老师担任操作员。主持人首先邀请家委会成员作为监督员上台就坐，公证电脑未联网，无任何额外硬件、软件，回收站内也无任何文件。 

      Wu Jianqiang served as the host and Xiao Wen served as the operator.The host invited members of the family committee to sit on the stage as supervisors. The notarized computer was not connected to the Internet, there was no additional hardware or software, and there were no documents in the recycling station.

      随后操作员公示学生名单，并且随机抽取三位家长寻找自己的孩子名字，以确认名单的真实性和有效性。

      Then operator publicized the student list, and randomly selected three parents to find their children's names to confirm the authenticity and effectiveness of the list.

      最后家委会成员公示打印纸，确认未提前开封，且完全空白。

      Finally, the members of the family committee publicized the printing paper and confirmed that it was not opened in advance and completely blank.

      验证完成后，主持人为全体家长说明名单标记，包含是否住校、是否是教师子女、总人数以及性别。这些标记用于平衡各班学生比例。

      After verification,The host explained the list mark for all parents, including whether they live in school, whether they are teachers' children, total number and gender. These markers are used to balance the proportion of students in each class.

      确认全部标记后，肖文老师将名单导入分班系统，再次确认名单未作改动，随即由家委会主席点击确认按钮。

      After confirming all the marks, Xiao Wen imported the list into the class division system, reconfirmed that the list had not been changed, and then the chairman of the family Committee clicked the confirm button.

      三分钟后，全部学生分配完成，肖文老师对比前后数据以确认名单依旧未做任何改动，随后当场进行公示。从结果来看，各班住校与走读、男生与女生、教师子女数量等基本均衡。

      Three minutes later, all the students were assigned. Xiao Wen compared the data before and after to confirm that the list remained unchanged, and then publicized it on the spot. From the results, the number of residential and day classes, boys and girls, and teachers' children is basically balanced.

      家委会成员打印学生名单三份并签字。其中一份用于存档，一份交于学校课程中心，一份由家委会监督员张贴至班级门口。

      Members of the family committee print three copies of the student list and sign it. One is for filing, one hand over the school curriculum center, and one is posted to the door of the class by the supervisor of the family Committee.

      学生摇号分班仪式结束后，班主任摇号分班开始。六位一年级班主任上台向全体家长致意。

      After the class division ceremony, the head teacher begins to wave the number. Six first grade head teachers came to the stage to greet all parents.

      家委会成员随机抽取现场三位2027届新生家长上台公证。家长首先展示抽签箱无任何夹层、机关或提前放入任何道具，并公开开封全新的乒乓球，确认无任何记号后，给乒乓球编上1-6号。

      Members of the family committee randomly selected three parents of the 2027 freshmen to notarize on the stage. Parents first show that there is no interlayer, mechanism or props in the lottery box in advance, and open the brand-new table tennis. After confirming that there is no mark, number 1-6 will be assigned to the table tennis.

      家长确认编号，把乒乓球放入抽签箱并摇匀，随后请班主任依次抽签，当场公布所执教班级。

      Parents confirmed the number, put the table tennis ball into the lottery box and shook it well, then asked the head teacher to draw lots in turn, and announced the teaching class on the spot.

      响应国家政策，推动教育公平。灌州小学校坚持摇号分班已有6年，严格遵循“公平、公正、公开”的原则，为每一位孩子创造公平的教育环境。

      Respond to national policies and promote educational equity. Guanzhou Primary School has insisted on lottery and class division for 6 years, and strictly abides by the principle of "fairness, justice and openness" to create a fair educational environment for every child.
