亲爱的家长朋友们、老师们、同学们：

Dear parents, teachers and students：

      8月13日，四川省教育厅、四川省卫生健康委员会联合印发《四川省学校2021年秋季学期开学新冠肺炎疫情防控工作方案》（以下简称《方案》）的通知，明确暂不调整2021年学校秋季学期开学时间安排。

      The novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control plan for the autumn semester of Sichuan Province in August 13th was announced in August 13th. It is clear that the school term schedule for autumn school term will not be adjusted temporarily.

      为进一步贯彻落实国家、省、市疫情防控工作要求，确保2021年秋学期全市中小学幼儿园开学工作安全、平稳、有序进行，现将近期做好开学前相关准备事项告知如下：

      In order to further implement the requirements of epidemic prevention and ensure the safe, stable and orderly opening of primary and secondary school kindergartens in the city in the autumn semester of 2021, the relevant preparations for the opening of school in the near future are informed as follows:

      01、在外师生提前返蓉

      Teachers and students in other provinces returned to Chengdu in advance

      原则上开学前14天外地师生都要返蓉，在蓉师生原则上8月16日起不再出蓉，且要居家做好开学前14天的健康监测。

      In principle, foreign teachers and students should return to Chengdu 14 days before the start of school. In principle, teachers and students in Chengdu will not go out of Chengdu from August 16, and health monitoring should be done at home 14 days before the start of school.

      02、核酸检测要求和返校要求

      Nucleic acid testing requirements and back to school requirements

      1.关于省内返校：开学时持学生及同住人员“四川天府健康通”绿码彩色打印件入校。

      1. About returning to school in the province: students and residents enter the school with the green code color printed copy of "Sichuan Tianfu Health Link" at the beginning of school.

      2.关于省外返校：在省外低风险地区的学校师生员工应至少提前14天返回省内居家观察，途中做好个人防护措施，返回进行核酸检测。14天后返回的学生应在返回时进行第1次核酸检测，并在入校前48小时进行第2次核酸检测。

      2. Return to school outside the province: teachers, students and employees of schools in low-risk areas outside the province shall return to their homes for observation at least 14 days in advance, take personal protective measures on the way and return for nucleic acid detection. Students who return after 14 days should have the first nucleic acid test when they return, and the second nucleic acid test 48 hours before entering the school.

      3.关于中高风险地区返校：近14天内有中高风险地区旅居史或“四川天府健康通”黄码、红码的学生暂不返川返校。

      3. Return to school in medium and high-risk areas: students with a history of living in medium and high-risk areas or "Sichuan Tianfu Health Link" yellow code and red code will not return to Sichuan for the time being.

      4. 关于有本土确诊病例报告但暂未划定中高风险地区返校：近14天内有本土确诊病例报告但暂未划定中高风险地区的人员，暂不返校。

      4. Return to school in areas with local confirmed cases but no medium and high-risk areas: personnel with local confirmed cases but no medium and high-risk areas in recent 14 days will not return to school temporarily.

      5.返校前一周有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退、腹泻等症状的师生及时向学校报告，治愈后返校。

      5. Teachers and students who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste) and diarrhea one week before returning to school shall report to the school in time and return to school after being cured.

      03、收集健康码

      Collect health codes

      所有学生开学需提交学生本人及同住人员“四川天府健康通”绿码截图彩色打印件1份，监护人需在打印件上签字。

      All students are required to submit a color printout of the green code screenshot of "Sichuan Tianfu Health Link" for themselves and their roommates at the beginning of school, and the guardian is required to sign on the printout.

      04、做好日常防疫

      Do a good job in daily epidemic prevention

      全体师生居家期间需坚持做好个人防护。保持个人卫生，加强室内通风、消毒，勤洗手，外出时科学佩戴口罩，减少聚集，减少不必要的出行，尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具，不前往机场、客运站、火车站等人流量大的公共场所和中高风险地区。

      All teachers and students should adhere to personal protection during their stay at home. Maintain personal hygiene, strengthen indoor ventilation and disinfection, wash hands frequently, wear masks scientifically when going out, reduce gathering, reduce unnecessary travel, try to avoid taking public transport, and do not go to public places with large flow and medium and high risk areas such as airports, passenger stations and railway stations.

      05、做好家校协同

      Do a good job in home school cooperation

      家长应培养、监督孩子养成良好卫生习惯和健康生活方式，加强对孩子的健康监测，完善家校协同的传染病防疫管理模式。

      Parents should cultivate and supervise their       children to develop good health habits and healthy lifestyles, strengthen the health monitoring of their children, and improve the management mode of infectious disease prevention coordinated by home and school.
