我校第六批赴昭觉县大坝乡帮扶纪实 The sixth batch helps

      2021年5月23日至26日，根据四川省教科院的统一部署，在省教科院《教育科学论坛》编辑部牵头下，都江堰市灌州小学校胡涛副校长、郑爽老师同成都七中实验学校、成华实验小学团队组成帮扶工作组前往昭觉县四开片区大坝乡中心校、柳且乡中心校、大坝乡拖都村小、柳且乡红光村小（以下简称“一校三点”）开展第六批次蹲点帮扶工作。

      根据帮扶工作组统一安排，我校胡涛副校长和郑爽老师深入课堂，随堂听课指导10节，上示范课4节，课后及时与老师进行交流，就他们在教学中目前存在的疑惑和困难给出了一些实质性的建议和指导，并为有需要的老师进行“一对一”的教学指导，同时也对要参与下批次同课异构活动的老师进行进行选课、磨课指导。我校两位老师为“一校三点”提供的多方面的教学诊断和指导，受到老师们的一致好评。

      25日上午，帮扶工作组在大坝乡中心校组织全体中层干部召开半期教育教学工作总结大会，听取包班中层干部对前半期工作的总结和下阶段工作的安排，胡涛副校长到会指导。她根据自身蹲点帮扶工作的所见所闻，从半期考试情况入手，分析问题，传授经验，对中层干部下阶段的教学管理工作提出建议，切实解决目前还存在的教学缺乏计划性、教师缺乏内驱力等问题，加强大教研组建设，落实责任，多种方法并举，确保完成教学任务。
