我校进行地震应急疏散演练 Earthquake evacuation drill

      为落实教育局“防灾减灾知识宣传教育月”工作，2021年5月11日，我校为提升学校地震应急避险及疏散演练的组织和管理水平，强化师生安全意识和地震应急避险及疏散能力，培养学生终身受益的地震应急行为习惯，进行了地震应急疏散演练。

      In order to implement the Disaster Risk Reduction Knowledge Publicity and Education Month of Education Bureau，On May 11, 2021, our school conducted an earthquake emergency evacuation drill in order to improve the organization and management level of the drill, strengthen the safety awareness of teachers and students and the ability of earthquake emergency avoidance and evacuation, and cultivate students' life-long habits of earthquake emergency behavior.

      本次演练的科目有地震避险、震后疏散两个项目，假定为上课期间发生有感地震，师生在教师或办公室内进行地震避险，然后疏散至操场进行集结。

      The subjects of this drill include two items: earthquake avoidance and evacuation after an earthquake. It is assumed that an earthquake is happened during the class, and teachers and students conduct earthquake avoidance in the teacher or office, and then evacuate to the playground for gathering.

      2008年5月12日，四川汶川县发生了里氏8.0级地震，这是新中国成立以来，我国发生的威力最大、受灾范围最广、损失最大的一场地震，无数同胞失去了生命。我国西南处于亚欧板块和印度洋板块交界处、东部靠近亚欧板块与太平洋板块交界处，地震频繁，强度较大。因此，对学生进行地震安全演练和相关知识教导，是学校无可旁贷的责任。

      On May 12, 2008, an earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter scale occurred in Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province. It was the most powerful, the most extensive and the most costly earthquake since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Numerous compatriots lost their lives.China is located at the junction of the Eurasian plate and the Indian Ocean plate in the southwest, and near the junction of the Eurasian plate and the Pacific plate in the east, where earthquakes are frequent and strong.Therefore, it is the responsibility of the school to carry out earthquake safety drill and relevant knowledge teaching to students.
