我校第五批教师赴凉山昭觉支教帮扶 Teachers Went to Zhaojue to Support Teaching

      根据省教科院“一对一”精准帮扶凉山昭觉县四开片区教学质量提升的工作要求，2021年4月25日至29日，都江堰市灌州小学校帮扶工作组成员胡涛、伍建强，前往昭觉县大坝乡中心校、柳且乡中心校、大坝乡拖都村小开展第五批次蹲点帮扶工作。

      From April 25to 29, Hu Tao and Wu Jianqiang, members of our school’s support working group, went to the Daba Central School,Liuqie Central School, and Daba Tuodu Village Primary School in Zhaojue Countyto conduct the fifth squatting site Help work.

      结合第二、三、四批次帮扶工作经验以及对第五批次工作组的建议，本次帮扶重点督导检查中层干部包班工作、“五洗五会”落实、教研组工作、教师备课上课、作业批改、社团活动等工作的开展情况，并对教学进度滞后、教学重点不清等问题进行精准指导。

      The focus of this assistance is to supervise and inspect the implementation of varioustasks. As well as provide precise guidance on problems such as lagging teaching progress and unclear teaching priorities.

      25日下午，我校帮扶工作组在大坝乡中心校召开4月顶岗教师工作会，总结了前四次帮扶工作情况，讲解了下阶段工作开展的方向，并明确了现阶段存在的问题的解决方案。我校骨干教师胡涛、伍建强分别与1—3年级数学、语文学科的顶岗教师进行座谈，了解他们教学进度和教学中的实际困难。

      On theafternoon of April 25th, our school's help working group held a post teacherwork meeting at the Daba Central School. They summarized the previousassistance work, explained the direction of the next stage of work, andclarified the solutions to the current problems.Hu Tao and WuJianqiang from our school held discussions with the in-post teachers ofmathematics and Chinese from grades 1 to 3 to understand their teachingprogress and practical difficulties in teaching.

      26日至28日上午，我校帮扶工作组在大坝乡中心校通过早自习检查、随机听课、教学设计检查、作业批改评讲检查、师生交流、学科问卷调查等方式查找问题，结合学科学段特色及帮扶需求，开展一对一帮扶工作，帮助教师掌握学科学段教学特色、梳理单元知识点、制定本学期教学进度规划方案并结合教学实际情况分学段设计期中内测试卷。28日下午，我校工作组进入大坝乡拖都村小，以听课评课、常规作业检查的方式对教学过程进行检查，课后和教师们进行了现场座谈，就教学重点的选择和教学方式的改进方式进行了深入沟通。29日上午，我校工作组又进入柳且中心校进行了课堂教学的诊断，随后和教师进行了现场沟通，以促进课堂教学质量的提升。在本批次的帮扶工作中，我校帮扶工作组共听课诊断课堂29节，分学段召开学科教师教研会7场。

      From the 26th to the morning of the 28th, our school's help working group found problems at the central school of Daba Township through various work inspection methods and carried out help work.On the afternoon of the 28th, the working group ofour school entered the Tuodu Village Primary School and conducted in-depth communication on the selection of teaching focus and the improvement of teaching methods.On the morning of the 29th, the working group of our school entered the Liuqi Central School to conduct a diagnosis of classroom teaching, and then communicated with teachers on the spot to promote theimprovement of classroom teaching quality.In this assistance work, the assistance working group of our school listened to a total of 29 lectures and diagnosis classes, andheld 7 subject teacher teaching and research seminars in different sections.

      经过对教学全过程的诊断，我校工作组对语文、数学两个学科在教学进度、课堂教学等方面提出了建议。

      The working group of our school put forward suggestions on the teaching progress and how to teach. 

      十年树木，百年树人，教育扶贫工作任重而道远。都江堰市灌州小学校教学帮扶组将继续强化责任意识，认真归纳总结，结合实际需求，创新工作形式，求真务实，多办实事，找准着力点，进一步提高帮扶工作成效，为民族地区教育质量的提升添砖加瓦。

      The task of poverty alleviation through education is heavy and there is a long way to go.Our school's teaching assistance team will continue to contribute to the improvement of the quality of education in ethnic areas.
