呵护你的眼睛 Take Care of Your Eyes

      4月19日和20日，我校开展了全校学生视力监测和视觉健康检查，建立视觉健康电子档案。

      On April 19th and 20th, our school carried out vision monitoring and visual health examination for all students, and established electronic files.

      据报道，中国人群中近视眼的患病率非常高，而且近视人群有越来越年幼化趋势。视力衰退有多种原因，其预防的措施也不尽相同。通常人们所说的视力衰退大致分如下几个原因：

      It is reported that the prevalence of myopia in China is very high, and the trend is becoming younger and younger. There are many factors of vision decline, so the preventive measures are not the same.

  4.由于职业引起，如在各种强光环境中工作。

      我们应该根据造成视力衰退的不同原因采取相应的预防措施进行保护。

      We should take corresponding preventive measures according to the different causes of visual decline.

      遗传原因 Genetic Causes

      遗传引起的视力衰退通常可以在家族中（主要是长辈们）找到线索。如果发现有遗传原因而导致的视力衰退，最好去专科医院做综合检查，听从医生的建议。

      年龄上升 Age Growth

      由于年龄上升，眼睛生理机能会自然衰退，这很正常。但如果在日常生活中能合理摄入营养（不偏食），多些锻炼，少看电视/电脑，会有助于减缓视力衰退。

      职业病 Occupational Diseases

      由于职业引起的视力衰退情况非常复杂，总的要求是提高意识，做好自我防护。如在强光环境中工作的人们一定要戴好眼罩。司机朋友们则尽量避让对面射来来强光，当然，自身也要尽量避免给别人带来光污染。

      造成视力衰退的原因各异，如已经发生视力衰退（如近视），应该尽快分析原因并设法纠正，而不是急着配眼镜，更不该盲目尝试各种“快速”治疗仪，否则会耽误恢复视力的机会。只有找到并排除视力下降的诱因，如环境光线（可以用护眼光度笔来测试）、用眼姿势，才能真正保护视力，这一点对青少年来说要引起特别重视，以避免近视度数不断加深。      There are different causes of vision decline. If vision decline (such as myopia) has occurred, we should analyze the causes as soon as possible and try to correct them. We should not rush to wear glasses or blindly try various "fast" therapeutic devices, otherwise we will delay the opportunity to restore vision. Only to find and eliminate the causes of vision loss, such as environmental light (can be tested with eye protection luminosity pen), eye posture, so as to truly protect vision. This should be paid special attention to by teenagers to avoid the deepening of myopia.
