《我与大熊猫有个约会》科普读物首发 The Publishing of My Date with Giant Pandas

      都江堰市灌州小学携手中国大熊猫保护研究中心、四川党建期刊集团、四川民族出版社共同推出了《我和大熊猫有个约会》科普读本。该读本是基于学校国际理解课程和中外人文共建共享课程再构建，为了增进中小学生对大熊猫的了解，向全世界人民宣传大熊猫知识，宣传大熊猫文化而编著。该读本采用中文英文双语，以儿童的视角，把活泼可爱的大熊猫呈现给全球的孩子们，服务于国家”一带一路”倡议，增进与世界各国人民的感情，架起世界和平友谊的桥梁。

      Dujiangyan Guanzhou Primary School, together with China Panda Protection Research Center, Sichuan Party Construction Journal Group and Sichuan Ethnic Publishing House, jointly launched the science book My Date with Giant Pandas. The book is based on the school's international understanding curriculum and the co-construction and sharing of Chinese and foreign humanities curriculum, in order to enhance the understanding of giant pandas among primary and secondary school students, to publicize giant panda knowledge to the people of the world, and to publicize giant panda culture.The book is written in Chinese and English, presenting the lovely giant panda to children all over the world from the perspective of children, serving the national Belt and Road initiative, enhancing the feelings of people all over the world, and building a bridge of peace and friendship in the world.

      会议伊始，中国大熊猫保护研究中心党委委员，副主任刘苇萍发表讲话，他表示，以科普读本为大熊猫科普教育载体，用于广大青少年大熊猫保护科普素质提升和生态文明思想教育，这是开展“生态中国·熊猫e家”科普教育项目的一个重要成果，对于贯彻落实新时代生态文明建设战略部署，推动美丽中国建设具有重要意义。

      At the beginning of the meeting, Liu Weiping, member and deputy director of the Party Committee of China Giant Panda Protection Research Center, delivered a speech, saying that taking`the science books as the carrier of science education of giant pandas to propel ideological education of ecological civilization for young people is an important achievement in carrying out the science education project of Eco-China Panda E Home. It is of great significance to implement the strategic plan for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era and to promote the construction of beautiful China.

      随后，中国大熊猫科普教育顾问，《我和大熊猫有个约会》科普读物主编，都江堰市灌州小学校长马长俊就编科普读物的初衷以及和大熊猫的渊源与大家进行了交流，并对科普读物在教育、宣传领域的前景充满期待。

      Subsequently, Ma Changjun, the chief editor of the  science book My Date with Giant Pandas and the principal of Guanzhou Primary School, exchanged views with others on the original intention of compiling this book and his story with giant pandas, and expressed expectations for the prospects of it in the field of education and publicity.

      四川党建期刊集团，四川民族出版社副社长，副总编辑马金曲对该书的出版给予高度评价，对该书在未成年人思想教育、生态文明教育方面发挥的重要作用表示赞赏。

      Ma Jinqu, vice president and deputy editor of Sichuan Party Building Journal Group, Sichuan Ethnic Publishing House, highly praised the publication of the book and appreciated its important role in the ideological education of minors and the education of ecological civilization.

      市委宣传部（市网信中心）副主任洪浩就《我和大熊猫有个约会》背后的故事与与会嘉宾进行了分享，他表达，下一步都江堰市还将依托大熊猫文化品牌，持续打造“熊猫之都”城市IP和强化大熊猫科普教育活动，丰富了大熊猫旅游产品供给，持续提升国际旅游知名度和影响力，率先建成国际化生态旅游城市，让大熊猫成为都江堰市美丽宜居公园城市的生动表达，成为“三遗之城”都江堰与世界联通的一张亮丽名片。

      Hong Hao, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the Municipal Party Committee (Municipal Netcom Center), shared the story behind this book with the participants. And he expressed that Dujiangyan will rely on the brand of giant pandas culture and continue to build the capital of pandas strengthen the education activities of giant pandas, enrich the supply of giant panda tourism products, continuously enhance the popularity and influence of international tourism, take the lead in building an international eco-tourism city. What’s more,making giant pandas become the name of beautiful and livable Dujiangyan and the card of Dujiangyan connecting with the world.

      此次活动中，都江堰市灌州小学还展出了学生们关于大熊猫的艺术作品，包括绘画和泥塑等，用不同的艺术形式，表达了对大熊猫的喜爱，受到与会嘉宾的赞扬。都江堰市灌州小学也会继续在以大熊猫为主题的国际性课程中继续探索研究，为了大熊猫的保护与科普继续努力！

      During the activity, Guanzhou Primary School also exhibited students' works about giant pandas, including paintings and clay sculptures, expressing their love for them, which was praised by the participants. Then,Guanzhou Primary School will continue to explore and study in the international curriculum with the theme of giant pandas, and continue to work hard for the protection and popularization of giant pandas!
