让帮扶脚步的频率共振
根据省教科院“一对一”精准帮扶凉山州昭觉县四开片区教学质量提升工作要求,2021年3月28至4月2日,都江堰市灌州小学校帮扶工作组成员李坤、杨莎和王珍老师前往昭觉县四开片区大坝乡中心校、柳且乡中心校、大坝乡拖都村小、柳且乡红光村小(以下简称“一校三点”)开展了第三批次蹲点帮扶工作。结合3月初省教科院精准帮扶誓师大会提出的“关口前移、重心下沉”实施方案,本次蹲点帮扶工作从一校三点的实际需要出发,重点督促第二批次成都市成华实验小学布置的一校三点各项工作任务落实,切实发挥名优教师的示范、引领和辐射,让一校三点的课堂教学这块主阵地的作用在教学质量提升中进一步凸显。

一、规范了语数课堂教学模式及基本流程
Standardize the teaching mode and basic process of language number class
四开片区“一校三点”的几十个教学班级中,教师多半是大学顶岗实习或支教的,即使同一个年级,班与班之间在同一教学内容上的执教均是随意的,参差不齐。我校帮扶小组成员李坤、杨莎和王珍老师一周之内共进班听课30多节,在一校三点均上示范指导课共13节,含新授课同课异构,练习册评讲课,试卷评讲课,生字教学课,课堂教学组织课等。其中,杨莎、李坤老师3月31至4月1日两天在大坝中心校分低中高年段上了7节示范课,课后即召开该年段学科教师教研,学校包班干部参加,教研会上结合刚才的示范课固化不同年级段语文数学的课堂流程模式,要求大学顶岗教师和支教老师在接下来的课堂教学中参照相同课堂流程模式,让大家帮扶脚步在同一个频率上共振,唱响向课堂主阵地提高教学质量的凉山旋律!

二、规范作业布置和批改等教学“六认真”的要求
Standardize the assignment and correction of teaching "six serious" requirements
通过这几天的教学“六认真”检查,根据上一批次帮扶小组的工作建议,我校帮扶小组从练习册的批改及时性和规范性,拼音本上生字抄写格式,数学作业本的书写格式,数学练习册算式排列方式,教师批改怎样打勾,怎样评价学生作业等方面提出了具体统一的模式。特别是教师听课如何记笔记、如何思考,加紧听写默写的脚步,计算听算、笔算练习,应用题教学模式,部编版教材课后问答题落实,连每班晨读也要求定内容、定形式,杜绝晨读成了孩子的“望天唱读”。力争孩子们的基础知识在统一规范的“六认真”要求下进步。

三、“菜单式”帮扶和“一对一”答疑让精准更精准
"Menu" help and "one-to-one" answer make it more accurate
我校帮扶小组在一周的支教工作中,组织召开了8次教研活动。每次教研活动主题要求明确,根据老师们提出的作业批改、课堂组织教学、如何作业评讲、后进生怎么辅导、如何激励学生发言等进行了“菜单式”培训。有的顶岗支教老师们还利用空余时间找到帮扶小组老师解疑答惑。于是,食堂门口,教室走廊拐角处,寝室办公室,石桌石凳旁,微信模式都成了帮扶工作第一现场……针对大坝乡小学、柳且乡小学第一届体育艺术节的筹办,我校帮扶小组王珍老师在此期间与老师们讨论并细化方案,抽查了大坝乡11个学生社团活动情况。期待四月底的艺术节为我们的帮扶工作锦上添花。省教科院对精准帮扶凉山州昭觉县四开片区的工作在2020年完成了学校文化、发展规划、规范管理等帮扶工作的基础上,2021年全面转为教学质量提升帮扶,困难如山,责任如山。都江堰市灌州小学定会在教育帮扶的路上发挥一所民办学校应有的社会责任.
