我校参加四川省教科院精准帮扶誓师大会We Attended in the Ceremony of Precise Help

      为进一步贯彻落实四川省教育厅对凉山州7个县“一对一”精准帮扶提升工程的重要精神，落实四川省教科院“一对一”精准帮扶四开片区教育质量提升的工作要求，巩固脱贫攻坚教育成果，2021年3月4日至8日，在四川省教科院的领导下，《教育科学论坛》编辑部、职业教育与成人教育研究所、成都市成华实验小学和我校派出工作组赴大坝乡中心校、柳且乡中心校、大坝乡拖都村小、柳且乡红光村小开展新学期的帮扶工作。   

      In order to further implement the important spirit of "one-to-one" precise assistance and improvement project of Sichuan Provincial Department of education for seven counties in Liangshan Prefecture , from March 4 to 8, 2021, under the leadership of Sichuan Provincial Academy of education and Sciences, the editorial department of Education Science Forum The Institute of vocational education and adult education, Chengdu Chenghua Experimental Primary School and our school sent working groups to Daba Township Central School, Liuqie Township Central School, Daba Township Tuodu village primary school and Liuqie Township Hongguang Village Primary School to carry out assistance work in the new semester.

      此次誓师大会之前我们做了充分的准备，分析问题、明确任务、细化思路，将选派10批次帮扶人员进驻“一校三点”，帮助研制和推进《校园文化建设方案》《校园发展规划》《工作制度汇编》《2021年校本研修计划》《2021年学校干部和教师培养规划》《学生社团建设方案》《学生培优扶困计划》《2021 年学生艺体节活动方案》《学生行为习惯养成教育计划》等九项措施，从学生学业质量提升及行为习惯养成、学校文化建设及管理制度建设、教师培养等方面推动学校的全面发展。

      Before the swearing ceremony, we have made full preparations to analyze problems, clarify tasks and refine ideas. We will send 10 batches of helpers to "one school, three points" to help develop and promote "campus culture construction plan", "campus development plan", "working system compilation", "2021 school-based research plan", "2021 school cadre and teacher training plan" and "student association construction plan" There are nine measures to promote the all-round development of the school, including the improvement of students' academic quality and the cultivation of behavior habits, the construction of school culture and management system, and the cultivation of teachers.

      3月7日誓师大会结束后，马长俊校长对帮扶工作做了安排，吴鸿雁主任参加“一校三点”的座谈会，并结合学生学业情况分析，分层制订各个班级的学业质量提升措施。

      After the swearing in ceremony on March 7, President Ma Changjun made arrangements for the assistance work.       在省教科院的坚强引领下，在昭觉县教育局的大力支持下，学校组织了党员志愿者、都江堰市马长俊名师工作室成员和骨干教师组成了45人的班级学科“一对一”的帮扶团队，我们将与《教育科学论坛》编辑部、职业教育与成人教育研究所、成都市成华实验小学建立的帮扶团队一起与被帮扶学校所有老师勠力同心、尽展其才，努力工作。我们有信心、亦有决心推动四开片区“一校三点”实现更好的发展！
