我校开展名师工作会议 Master Teacher Working Conference

      2021年2月28日星期日，我校在会议室召开名师工作会议。

      On February 28th, 2021, our school will hold a teacher working meeting in the conference room.

      会议于12:50准时召开，我校校聘名师齐聚一堂，马长俊校长首先对校聘名师的工作给与了肯定，同时又就不足之处进行反思。同时，马长俊校长还对校聘名师提出了新的要求，同他们展望未来，提出殷切希望。

      The meeting was held at 12:50 on time. The famous teachers of our school got together. President Ma Changjun first affirmed the work of the famous teachers of our school, and reflected on the shortcomings at the same time.At the same time, President Ma Changjun also put forward new requirements for the school to hire famous teachers, looking forward to the future with them, put forward ardent hope.

      随后，学术与名师中心副主任李书根据马长俊校长讲话，提出了名师“六个一”，即一张表、一示范、一交流、一带教、一记录、一落实。

      Then, according to President Ma Changjun's speech, Lishu, deputy director of Academic and Famous Teachers Center, put forward "six ones" for famous teachers, that is, a list, a demonstration, a communication, a teaching, a record, and a implementation.

      校聘名师是灌州小学校的标杆，是全校教职员工精神引路人，是科研任务的先锋队，也是教育教学工作的中流砥柱。与会名师虚心受教，对马长俊校长和李书主任的讲话深表认同。相信在未来的工作之中，校聘名师们将继续一马当先，为灌州小学校的发展更添辉煌。
