我校召开新学期全校教职员工培训 Training for New Semester

      2021年2月24日-25日，我校召开了开学前教职员工会议。

      From February 24 to 25, 2021, our school held a meeting.

      25日9点，会议正式开始，马长俊校长致辞，并隆重介绍新任董事长助理周瑜。

      At 9 o'clock, the meeting officially began. Principal Ma Changjun delivered a speech and introduced the new assistant chairman Zhou Yu.

      随后马长俊校长就学校未来发展的展望，提出了十二项要求，并对这些要求进行了详细解读。

      Then the meeting entered the topic, and President Ma Changjun gave a speech first. He put forward twelve requirements for the future development of the school and explained these requirements in detail.

      下午1:10分，会议继续进行，于燕主任就防疫、安全与健康等问题，进行了分享。

      At 1:10 pm, the meeting continued. Director Yu Yan shared on issues such as epidemic prevention, safety and health.

      随后，叶体平主任发表了题为《行走在高品质建设建设的路上——2021寒假全员培训》的讲话，对我校进行高品质建设提出了指导意见。

      Subsequently, Director Ye Tiping delivered a speech entitled "Walking on the Road of High-Quality Construction". He put forward his opinions on the high-quality construction of our school.

      李坤主任就课程质量与监控中心的工作计划与内容，发表了讲话。

      Director Li Kun delivered a speech on the work plan and content of the Course Quality and Monitoring Center.

      吴鸿雁主任对课程发展与指导中心的工作内容进行解读。

      Director Wu Hongyan interpreted the work content of the Curriculum Development and Guidance Center.

      向荣丽主任发表了课程服务与管理中心工作计划的相关讲话。

      Director Xiang Rongli delivered a speech related to the work plan of the Course Service and Management Center.

      24日下午，马长俊校长首先主持召开了组长培训会议，召集全校大组长、年级组长、教研组长和干事，进行开学前培训。

      In the afternoon of 24th, Principal Ma Changjun presided over a team leader training meeting. 

      会议中，马校长首先就上一学期学校取得的优秀成绩，对大家的工作予以肯定，然后又针对性地提出了目前存在的问题，并对这些问题进行了深度剖析；此后，马校长就这些问题，提出了四点建议；紧接着，马校长从角色定位、组长应该发挥的作用、小组组织形式的思考、小组活动策划的五部曲、有效组织小组活动的四要点、高效小组活动的策划等六大方面，为组长提供工作策略；最后，马校长分享了其他学校的工作成果，为各位组长提供了广阔的视野。

      In the meeting, Principal Ma first affirmed everyone's work on the excellent results achieved by the school last semester. Then it puts forward the existing problems in a targeted manner, and conducts an in-depth analysis of these problems. Since then, Principal Ma put forward four suggestions on these issues. Immediately afterwards, Principal Ma presented the team from six aspects including the role positioning, the role that the team leader should play, the thinking of the group organization form, the five steps of group activity planning, the four key points of effective group activity organization, and the planning of efficient group activities.
