      【科学佩戴口罩】Wearmasks scientifically

      谁要戴？哪些情况戴？

      Who wants it? What's the situation?

      医务人员和前往医院就诊住院人员、陪同陪护探视人员，应当佩戴口罩。

      Medical personnel, inpatients who go to thehospital for treatment and accompanying accompanying visitors shall wear masks.

      有发热或患呼吸道感染疾病的患者及其接触人员居家或外出时，应当佩戴口罩。

      Patients with fever or respiratory tractinfection and their contacts should wear masks at home or out.

      从事公共服务（含窗口岗位）人员，商场、超市、餐饮、酒吧、KTV、美容美发、环卫、公交、地铁、出租车、网约车等行业人员，社区、机关企事业单位、公共场所等测温验证人员，应当佩戴口罩。

      Personnel engaged in public service(including window posts) shall wear masks.

      前往人群拥挤、通风较差的室内公共场所，乘坐地铁、公共汽车等公共交通工具，进入养老、托幼、托育、中小学校、福利院等机构，与他人1米内近距离接触、电梯应当佩戴口罩。

      If you go to crowded and poorly ventilatedindoor public places, take subway, bus and other public transport, enterinstitutions such as pension, kindergarten, nursery, primary and secondaryschools, welfare homes, etc., and have close contact with others within 1meter, you should wear masks in elevators.

      市民应随身携带口罩，遇到自己无法确定风险的情况下及时佩戴口罩。

      Citizens should carry masks with them andwear them in time when they are unable to determine the risks.

      年老及体弱者、有慢性疾病患者外出时，应当佩戴口罩。

      Elderly and frail people and patients withchronic diseases should wear masks when going out.

      如何正确佩戴？

      How to wear it correctly

      1、佩戴口罩前应保持手卫生。Keep hands clean before wearing masks

      2、分清口罩的正、反面，保持深色面朝外（或褶皱朝下），金属条在上。Distinguish the front and back of the mask, keep the dark sideoutward (or fold down), and the metal strip on the top.

      3、先将耳挂挂于双耳，再上下拉开褶皱，使口罩覆盖口、鼻、下颌，将双手指尖沿着鼻梁金属条，由中间向两边，慢慢向内按压，直至紧贴鼻梁。

      First hang the ear on both ears, and thenpull the folds up and down to make the mask cover the mouth, nose and mandible.Press the fingertips of both hands along the metal strip of nasal bridge fromthe middle to both sides, and slowly press inward until it is close to thebridge of the nose.

      4、适当调整口罩，使口罩与面部紧密贴合，直至全部遮盖口鼻处。Adjust the mask properly so that the mask fits closely with the faceuntil it completely covers the nose and mouth.

      注意什么？

      Please note that

      1、口罩在弄湿或弄脏时应及时更换。The mask should be replaced in time when it is wet or dirty

      2、口罩废弃后不要随地乱扔。Don't litter the mask after it is discarded

      3、遵守生活垃圾分类要求，将口罩按其它垃圾处理。

      Comply with the domestic wasteclassification requirements, and treat the mask as other garbage.
