我校青年教师赛课活动圆满完成The Competition for Teachers has been Completed

      青年教师将是学校教书育人的重要力量，是学校的生力军，对青年教师的培养，是学校教师专业发展的一项重要工作。为了进一步落实“深度学习”的教育理念在课堂中的落实，加强我校青年教师的队伍建设，鼓励青年教师采用多种方式进行有效的课堂教学，提高教学水平。我校从十月开始便组织了一次全学科青年教师课堂教学竞赛活动，活动历时一个半月，覆盖语文、数学、英语、综合学科，实现全学科参与。

      Young teachers will be an important force in teaching and educating people in schools and a new force in schools. The training of young teachers is an important task for the professional development of school teachers. In order to further implement the educational concept of "deep learning"in the classroom, strengthen the team building of young teachers in our school, encourage young teachers to use a variety of methods to conduct effective classroom teaching and improve their teaching level. Since October, our school has organized a full-disciplinary young teacher classroom teaching competition. The activity lasted one and a half months, covering Chinese, mathematics, English, and comprehensive subjects, realizing full subject participation.

      在本次青年教师赛课活动中，每一位参赛教师都有独树一帜的教学风格，参赛教师在课堂上都充分展示了自己扎实的教学功力和良好的课堂调控能力。本次赛课活动，不仅为青年教师搭建了一个自我展示的平台，让青年教师在赛课中不断学习，共同提高，而且调动了我校青年教师的积极性，让他们在历练中提升课堂教学能力，从而促进有力地促进青年教师的专业成长。
