助力青年教师成长———我们在行动！ Help Young Teachers to Grow up

      金桂飘香，秋风飒爽，正是硕果累累的收获季，成都市青年教师助力培训第一批学员也顺利在11月11日迎来丰收。

      In the fruitful harvest season, thefirst batch of trainees in Training of Young Teachers in Chengdu alsosuccessfully ushered in a bumper harvest on November 11.

      为实现大成都优质教育全域化、均衡化，根据《成都市乡村青年教师助力计划》实施方案，成都市开展了青年教师助力培训。如何让青年教师在三年时间的内快速成长呢？在成都市教育局、教科院的联合助推下，在各路教育大咖、专家的引领下，我们明确方向、找准定位，经过三年的分期集中培训和学科针对性跟岗实践，青年教师的专业理论素养、教师职业发展规划技能以及异地跟岗实践能力等方面均得到了大幅度提升。

      According to Chengdu Rural Young Teachers Assistance Plan, Chengdu has carried out the training of young teachers, in order to realize the global and balanced quality education inChengdu. How to make young teachers grow rapidly in three years? With the jointof Chengdu Education Bureau and the Academy of Education, and under theguidance of various educational experts, we have cleared the direction andpositioning. After three years’ centralized training and subject-specificfollow-up practice, young teachers' professional theoretical literacy,teachers' professional development planning skills and off-site follow-uppractice ability have been greatly improved.

      Teacher Deng Lan of our school isstrict with herself and strives to make progress in all stages of training, andhas won the Excellent Student of Assistance Program Training. At the same time,the video course of graduation homework submitted was awarded the first prizein the teaching exhibition of young backbone teachers. On November 11, 2020, Ms.Deng successfully completed her course with excellent performance and becamethe first batch of excellent trainees.
