倾听花开的声音——青春期专题教育课程 Adolescent thematic education curriculum

      青春期是学生正面临朝气蓬勃又躁动不安的花季，他们的心中充满希望和梦想、烦恼和困惑。青春期，是每一个人从儿童向成长过渡的阶段，是学生发展的关键时期。为了让五、六年级的孩子们顺利度过青春前期，我校特别邀请了国家二级心理咨询师周艳老师，于11月5日开展了“倾听花开的声音——青春期教育课程”。

      Adolescence is a vigorous flower season for students. Their hearts are full of hope and dreams, worries and confusion. Adolescence is the transition stage of each person from children to growth, and is the key period of student development. In order to make the children in Grade 5 and 6 successfully through adolescence, our school specially invited the second grade national psychological counselor, Zhou Yan, to carry out the adolescent education course.

      讲座中，周老师以生动活泼的语言对青春前期的心理、生理特征做了引导和讲解，让孩子们懂得了青春前期的科学知识，隐私权，边界权，主体权;其次还对学生在青春前期在学习中的烦恼、压力，在家庭中与父母的沟通、相处障碍进行了疏导。正面引导孩子们好好把握学生时期的美好时光，把注意力集中到学习上，同时培养自己良好的习惯和爱好，充实自己的生活和学习，以顺利度过青春前期。

      In the lecture, Miss Zhou guided and explained the psychological and physiological characteristics of pre puberty in lively language, so that the children could understand the scientific knowledge, privacy, boundary right and subject right of pre youth; secondly, he also helped the students to overcome their worries and pressures in their study, as well as the obstacles in communication and getting along with their parents in the family. Positive guidance to children to grasp the good time of the student period, focus on learning, at the same time, cultivate their good habits and hobbies, enrich their life and study, in order to successfully spend the early youth.

      此次活动，在轻松愉快的课堂氛围中，让孩子们收获颇多。
