普及消防知识，共享平安生活 Popularize Fire Protection Knowledge

      11月9日是全国消防宣传日，为了进一步提高师生的消防安全意识以及应对突发火灾事件的应急处理能力，学校特邀请了都江堰市锦堰中队的消防官兵为全校师生现场讲解消防安全有关知识。

      November 9 is the National Fire Protection Publicity Day. In order tofurther improve the fire safety awareness of teachers and students and theability to deal with emergencies, the school specially invited the fireofficers and soldiers of Jinyan squadron of Dujiangyan to explain the firesafety knowledge to all teachers and students.

      11月3日上午，消防官兵将消防车驾驶到操场，为同学们揭开消防车“肚子”里的大秘密。

      On the morning ofNovember 3, fire officers and soldiers drove the fire truck to the playgroundto reveal the big secret of the fire truck "belly" for students.

      紧接着，消防官兵为师生讲解了日常生活中的火灾常识，及进一步认识、了解消防车、消防设备的操作。

      Then, the officersand soldiers explained the common sense of fire in daily life for teachers andstudents, and further understood the operation of fire engines andfire-fighting equipment.

      随后，消防官兵对学校食堂员工及后勤员工普及了灭火器的正确使用方法。消防官兵模拟起火现场，演习老师迅速拿起灭火器，拔其压把上的保险栓，用灭火器对准火焰根部，喷出白色粉末，直至火焰熄灭。

      Subsequently, thefire officers and soldiers popularized the correct use of fire extinguishers toschool canteen staff and logistics staff. Fire officers and soldiers simulatedthe scene of the fire. The drill teacher quickly picked up the fireextinguisher, pulled out the safety bolt on the pressure handle, pointed thefire extinguisher at the root of the fire, and ejected white powder until theflame was extinguished.

      此次活动，不仅提高了全体师生的消防安全认识，增强了师生的防火意识，更让师生们懂得了在面对火灾突发状况时如何进行灭火与自救。

      This activity notonly improved the fire safety awareness of all teachers and students, but alsomade them understand how to put out fire and save themselves in the face offire emergencies.
